The entire day was flawlessly organized, with breathtaking views, excellent service, on board DJ full time, drone operator, full staff to cater to us and unforgettable stops along the way. Unfortunately I can’t say anything good about the Airport Transfer service of this company. Upon arrival I waited for a car for 15 minutes. There are no cars on site – they call them by phone and then it’s a matter of luck (what is in the photo does not correspond to reality). It took 1 hour 20 minutes to get to the resort, and the air conditioning in the car was faulty, and this was at 30 degrees and the sun (which I usually enjoy). While driving, the car vibrated as if one of its wheels was crooked. Upon arrival, the driver contacted someone by phone and said that I had to pay more, although the trip was paid in advance. I refused because I had already paid 25% more than the cost that other companies offered on site. On top of that, I then received more than 5 notifications from this company on my phone that I had to pay extra. So next time I will not book the Airport Transfer service in advance, but will take a car at the airport. When leaving the airport, at least three companies, not including taxis, offer their services. And already on the spot I used the online ordering service Grab, an analogue of Uber. I was already driving to the airport via Grab. The car was originally decorated inside in a local style, with a working air conditioner and drinks in the cabin! The trip back to the airport was interesting and not tiring.

Timely and efficient pick-up and drop-off services, along with clean and comfortable transportation. The drivers are courteous, and the ride is smooth. The pricing is reasonable, and I would highly recommend this service.
I went to Thailand solo and booked this excursion to see the temples and learn more about the history. My tour guide name was Rita and she made my experience very beautiful. She told us about all of the history of the buildings and beaches , took a lot of pictures and engaged with us during the entire time . I also enjoyed trying new Thai food for lunch as well. This was a great excursion to start my trip in Phuket.
It would have been good to have more information of history of old city (Portuguese influence) and more walking to see significant old buildings. The guide and driver were very friendly and patient in heavy traffic. Lunch was also nice.
10/10 highly recommend. It was easy to operate the jet car. Our guide explained everything to us and he was pretty fluent in English. I can’t wait to do it again.
