The place is supper great. It is very clean, comfy and friendly. All people who work there are super nice. I had three different massages there and I was satisfied and pleased will all of them. The guy who meets guests asks about your problems and advices the best kind for you. Definitely recommend it!!!??
We were pleasantly surprised at the incredible welcome when we arrived at the Palm Spa. Bernie the manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. The massages were hands down (excuse the pun) the best we have experienced. Well worth the visit indeed!
First, unexpectedly I got a male masseuse who was pretty odd and made me feel uncomfortable during the message. Secondly, I’m used that spa does not allow customers to use cell phones during the procedures but that’s not the case at this place. During the massage you hear phone rings, people talking loud on the phones. This bothered me! The massage itself was not as good as I’m used to. I won’t go back.

We were a group of 6 women and Palm Spa accommodated us at every turn. We had three massages each during our time in Phuket, all at Palm Spa. Very friendly and welcoming, and the massages were excellent. The body scrub and massage package was just divine before getting back on the plane to go home. Would definitely recommend.
The Palm Spa is located at Palm Square building 3rd floor. Staff treat you feel like home specially Bernie who taking care the Spa, explain to you about what is in the menu and suggest the best for you. Therapist are really professional. Recommend this place.

I choosed for a 90 minute aromatherapy massage. I request female therapist. Her hands were as warm as a hot stone, and she gave me a massage while holding down the points. My body got lighter and I felt better to go out. In addition, they will serve a tasteful tea after massage.
We wallked in and asked if 4 people could have a massage without booking. Mr bernie explained everything from the menu. The team were fantastic. Litar spoke good english . i choose foot and coconut massage it was the best i ever had. We all left relaxed and happy thanks again . Will be back
Must try especially after island hopping. They use natural products. A leisure activities before you end the day. ❤?
