Thai Happy Taxi is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking Thailand
My husband and I needed a ride from Cha-Am to our hotel in the Sukhumvit area in Bangkok. I found Happy Taxi to offer the service and their price was cheaper than Bolt or Grab. Reserving on their website was easy and very smooth. Our driver arrived on time and stopped about half way to BKK so we could use the bathroom and grab some drinks and snacks. I would definitely use Happy Taxi again!
Used happy taxi before many times offer great value,no need to pay upfront just pay driver when you arrive where your going,only had one driver that was a bit to fast for me but ok..clean cabs never been late will definitely use again would recommend
We visited Thailand in March/April 24. We used Thai happy taxi to take us from Airport to Bangkok ,Bangkok to Pattaya. Pattaya to Hua Hin and Hua Hin back to Bangkok airport.All together 10.5 hours driving for less than £200, Drivers were all courteous ,cars were all clean and comfortable and cars were always waiting for us .The only gripe I have is WE did have a accident in which the car WE was in was a right off and WE had to swap cars at Bangkok on way to Hua Hin.This was done quickly and a gain replacement car was good BUT WE never received any calls or texts etc from company asking if we were ok.We are going to Thailand next April and WE will deffo be using Thai Happy Taxis again..
We used Thai Happy Taxi 3 times during our week stay in Thailand. (Bangkok airport to Hua Hin, Hua Hin to downtown Bangkok and Bangkok airport transfer) The company is really professional. Easy to book and pay via their website. Drivers were punctual, driving safe and the cars we had, were on the 3 occasions really good and spacious. I recommend this taxi service without hesitation!

We booked several trips with Thai Happy Taxi during our holiday in Thailand, including airport pick ups & drop offs, & a longer journey to and from the Kanchanaburi area. All the journeys were very efficiently arranged – including making changed to itineraries – with helpful reminders provided a day or two before. Cars were all new & comfortable, and spotlessly clean. All the drivers were without exception great – careful & calm drivers (despite the Bangkok traffic), polite, friendly & always on time. Special mention for Tee who was punctual, polite and friendly, and also a very safe and considerate driver.
I was really satisfied with the services of this company. They responded very quickly, tried to help me to modify an itinerary and provided necessary information about places, entrance fee etc. If you need to cancel or change a schedule, they arrange it immediately. They provide long day trips as well. The big bonus of our trips was our driver Mr. TEE. He was a very nice, helpful and really really really friendly man. He helped me a lot during our trips. And I felt safe during our trips. We booked a full day trip for 4 days and it was the best choice for us.I will use their services again once I return to Thailand / Bangkok
Booked a luxury sedan from Bangkok airport to Ban Phe pier with Thai happy taxi….smooth process met at exit 3 arrivals and driven to Nanthop pier for connecting ferry to Koh Samet. Car clean and comfortable and driver professional and courteous.
Our driver Tak were spot-on and one of our best activities and the ending on this 2 week vacay. He really made us feel like VIP guests. And really showed us how beautiful Thailand is. Thank you so much!
Amazingly HappyI had the pleasure of finding this company and they made from trip so enjoyable and seamless as I knew I had bitten off more that I could chew on my destinations in a short period.I arrived in Bangkok on Christmas evening had booked some extremely expensive Van ( Lexus) anyway guy messages me running late,so we cabbed it to Lebua at State Tower.Knowing I had to go to Hua Hin I did some online research and found “ Happy Taxi” I did at first think the name didn’t bring credibility.However I sent an enquiry about travel on 28/12 from Lebua to the Marriott resort at Hua Hin.Within 30 minutes I had a reply and a quote TB3000 ( AUD 150): it’s a 3.5 hour drive.I received an invoices for a 10% deposit via pay pal, cash to the driver.Very professional so I had confidence.On 28/12 I went to the lobby my driver was waiting, a near new Camry with the seats forward and the passenger seat fully advanced fir keg room with water in the armrest.On January 1st I requested another ride Hua Hin to Pattaya , I requested an 11am pick up to coincide with check out and check in.Driver was waiting for me again in a Camry full leather window shade and water.It’s a 4.5 hour trip we had a pit stop half way.TB3500January 5th Pattaya to airport driver waiting excellent ride TB1500In summary this company exceeded all my expectations,I would go into so much details if I wasn’t excited to share my experience.I am in hospitality and a tough critic .So take my advice Make your Journey Happy and affordable.Big congratulations to the online staff Zoey and Katie you made my holiday amazing John LarsenAdelaideAustralia
We used Thai Happy Taxi twice (to go from Bangkok to Khao Yai and then back again two days later). Both rides were 2-3 hours each and price was fair. On both occasions, the drivers arrived on time, were polite and friendly and gave great service. Very happy with the reliability and safety of this service. They take a photo of you at pickup and drop off, which is a great idea (so don’t be freaked out if they take a picture of you). Would definitely use again and recommend to others.
