Me and my partner both had a thaimassage at Verio. It was really relaxing and authentic. We highly recommend Erng and Jasmin.
A must visit if you are staying in Hyatt Regency or just in Koh Samui. Ahead of our stay at the hotel, we booked a total of 4 sessions for different types of massage (Siam Combination, Tension Relief, Soothing Aroma and Thai Massage) and the spa manager, Nannapas, was very helpful, responded quickly to emails and made the process extremely smooth and easy. Each massage session was just perfect, and left us feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommend the Siam Combination massage, and therapists – Kungnang, Pan and Erng.
Very professional, nice and polite staff, very friendly. We had the package of massage and facial which was very relaxing. The ambience of the spa is quiet and very calming. Definitely recommended, you will be welcomed with a refreshing cold coconut drink and leaving with warm tea and coconut sweet and a lovely heating shoulder pads
The most beautiful and relaxing massage, Verio Spa staff greeted me with a coconut water before my treatment and Mam the massage therapist had me leaving very relaxed. The best massage I have had in a while. The spa is a beautiful setting within the Grand Hyatt. Post treatment I was offered a herbal tea and coconut macaroon. I Just wish I had more time for more treatments before my stay was over.

We were a couple for the hot stone massage and it was amazing. Starting with the warm welcome and ending with the treatment itself and the amazing and professional therapists Lisa and Mam. We even got a gift in the end. The staff and the place is perfect. We will definitely come back again.

Both Traditional Thai Massage and Siam Massage were outstanding, and made me feel reborn. She did really good work, while focusing on each inch of my body.Must have to try if you’re staying in Hyatt Regency!
Here at the Verio Spa, the oil massage is fantastic. The atmosphere is relaxing and filled with a lovely aroma. Pan, the therapist, gives an excellent massage. I highly recommend booking a session with Pan. The treatment room is clean, beautiful, and smells wonderful. All the staff are friendly and provide exceptional service, offering clear and helpful guidance. I definitely recommend trying it out!
