Fantastic cooking class, suitable for everyone including beginners. The Cooking Class is run by a lovely couple who are warm and welcoming to everyone. They are very inclusive for all skill levels and clearly love what they do.We enjoyed learning about Thai flavours and trying new dishes which we would never have tried to cook ourselves. Our favourite dish was the Seafood Soup with Tamarind Leaves, which I am now going to try to make at home 😊 The recipes and photos of the class where shared afterwards.
Geng and O created such a wonderful experience! The trip to the local market was informative and the cooking class was a great way to experience Thai cuisine. It was a very hands on experience (we even shaved our own coconuts and made coconut milk!) and the food was delicious.
