  1. I booked 3 days fishing and ended up walking in for another half a day on what was supposed to be a rest day. I caught in excess of 80 fish with 9 different species. The guides were very knowledgeable and worked relentlessly to get you hooked up. The food was excellent, and Jez and his team were really helpful and welcoming. I would really recommend a visit even of you don’t fish, you might just find your new favourite hobby

  2. Great fishing, great guides and the lunch was amazing, chicken wings, spring rolls and club sandwich. Some great fish caught as well

  3. WHAT A DAY! best Fishing day of my life! Starter with 2,5 hours of Fishing But i extended to a half day of fishing. Every Penny was worth it!!! The staff wil help you with everything! The will make sure you catch Something! Tip of the day buy Some special bait, the fish loved it!Affordable drinks and food, only bring your money 😉 they got it all!Even when Its raining No problem they have covers all around the lake. And come on raining and fishing is a good combo!

  4. This was my 3rd visit to Chalong Fishing Park and every time its been a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience. For anybody wanting to have a great day’s fishing, Firstly you need to listen to Jez (The owner) and the local guide AKA(Boy) after all this is their water and the local knowledge is golden from them.I fish in the UK on all levels, Course, Carp, Fly & Sea, this type of fishing in Thailand is on another level – Listen to your guide he will put you on the fish, then once your hooked up you can then put your fishing ability and skill to the test landing them. ? ??????????????????????Me and my wife had nice cold beer and cider on flow all day delivered to the peg with a short break between runs to sample some wonderful authentic Thai food cooked by Jez’s lovely wife.I was lucky enough to land my PB fresh water fish on my 3rd visit – The Aripama, I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to feel the power landing one of these extraordinary creatures, albeit this won’t happen on every visit to every angler – Thats fishing for you.Tight lines ? I look forward to visiting on my next visit to Thailand. Rob (United Kingdom)

  5. I have had a great time as usual at 1 of my favourite places. The amount of work Jez and Jen have put into this place is amazing. I have caught 4 species of fish for the 1st time on my last visits, these include a Ripsaw Catfish, a Tambaqui, a lovely little Indian Carp and a scary looking Alligator Gar. Put these alongside Siamese Carp, Amazon Redtails, Walking Catfish, Pacu, Asian Catfish, and various other fish I forget. A lovely environment to have a day fishing, eating lovely food, and then watch the sun go down at the office table whilst cracking open a few cold ones. This really is a slice of Paradise. Thanks, Jez Chalong and Chenchira Srisuk for a wonderful few days.

  6. After an absolute disastrous and expensive experience at one of the so called ‘top fishing places’ north of Phuket, we headed here for our final few nights. And we are so thankful we did. Not only was the fishing good, the staff and service were amazing. The food was just superb and people so genuine. We have a huge amount of experience fishing in Thailand and this is what we came back for. The fish might not be the biggest, but the owner won’t lie and tell you any different. This is a must go place if anyone wants to fish in Phuket.

  7. Went back yesterday with new friends had a fantastic half days fishing thanks to jazz and his wife fishing was brilliant we had food and drinks after we had finished thanks to all the staff and guides cliff Wayne Annette vannessa see you again back to turkey ?? now lol

  8. What a super day out. I have not fished for a long time, but enjoyed the day so muc. The lake is not that big,but well stocked with a variety of fish. I landed several different species. Mekong,Catfish,Pacauu,Asian red tail, Carp…..had a great day supported all the way by the local lads, who worked non stop to make sure you were catching fish. Lake was not crowded. Plenty of room around your own spot. Plenty of shade ,good food and drink available at a reasonable price.Well done to everyone at Chalong fishing………hope to see you again one day !

  9. Yesterday, we once again returned to Chalong Fishing Park. This place is constantly evolving, and I spent the 1st 30 minutes looking round at all the new additions. It really is an oasis now, an absolutely fantastic job by the owners Jez and Jen, aided by daughter Jasmine.I was put in Sala 2 and was superbly advised by Boy, the head guide, and a wealth of knowledge as how to try and target the fish. I strongly advise anyone to listen and implement their advise as they do this job day in and day out. As the day progressed, I ended up with 35 fish, a lot of different species including 12 Mekong Catfish, some well over 25kg.This really is a lovely environment, superbly run by the owners.I definitely give Chalong fishing Park 5 stars, from the welcome, the facilities, the tasty food, and last but not least, the amazing fishing

  10. I have to say this was the best fishing experience I’ve ever had, the place was amazing and well run. You could tell that the fish were very well cared for and the staff were very knowledgeable making the experience much easier. I never expected to be catching the fish I did that day given I’m used to catching much smaller carp back in the UK so for me it was an amazing day’s fishing, I would recommend this place to anyone interested in catching huge, beautiful fish! The owner was brilliant too and couldn’t do enough to help you have a brilliant day so all in all a perfect place to visit.
