We had a suit and ladies velvet blazer made, extremely happy with the service, quality and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Andaman BossTailors to anyone looking at having a suit or any clothing item made. Staff veryfriendly. We will be back next time we visit Phuket.
I had two dresses made based off a simple dress that I owned. Tony used this dress as a template for the new dresses. When I went to pick up the dresses I could clearly see that one of the dresses was much smaller than the original and when I put it up against the original it was clear that it was about 2 inches out. The staff told me it was the same size and tried to stretch the new dress to match the width of the original and then I was told it was because I didn’t have my measurements taken. I eventually tried on the new dress to show how it didn’t fit and then showed them how the original fitted perfectly to put a stop to that argument. They wanted to fix the dress that was too small rather than give a refund even though my plane was leaving in less than 12 hours. I didn’t see how they could fix a dress that was too small and I didn’t want that option because I noticed the stitching was really messy and the seams didn’t meet in the right place. I felt highly intimidated but stood my ground. In the end I left with one poor quality dress that fitted and got a refund on the other. I paid $130 AUD per dress.
Fantastic service and precisely made , we ended up buying 5 x blazers and a full suit for 3 blokes of varying sizes, where very reasonable on price and service was fantastic. No last minute modifications needed as the pieces fit to perfection for all of us. Highly recommend
I get so regret come to this company Andaman Boss, I brought 2 sample sport jacket they can make it as same,they made it so big, the style was not the same. how can this company run a business, they took more time to make it as what they say, I have to pick the up same day I have to fly back to US. No just that the push me to get 2 pants as well I feel obligated to buy it, pant material was very cheap I contact with then, to ask money back they refused they just keep saying to send the jacket back to them they will fix it I already experienced the job was really bad how can guaranty me they will fix it right. I lost more than 230. 00 Dollars right to the trash… avoid doing business with this company or you will regret….
I’m sad to report hat this seller provided poor service. I initiated a custom dress in August 2024. They assured me that they could make the dress as pictured. I picked out fabric and nearly a week later, Tony sent a picture of a made dress…not in the fabric that I choose. He then continued to tell me that it was until I went back in messages to confirm. He said that they would remake the dress in the correct fabric but the came back and said that the fabric chosen could not be found. He offered a refund and I am still waiting. He and his boss keep saying that they will send and still have not. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I will gladly take down this review when I receive my refund but as for now, I would encourage you NOT to waste your money. They likely do suits well but NOT women’s clothing.
