Joan was our travel representative at Odynova. She was very attentive to our needs. All of our requests and questions were quickly dealt with. The Odynova guides were excellent and helpful in recommending good restaurants. We would use Odynova again for Asia traveling.
A group of friends travel together every year. This year we booked a 14 day trip with Odynovo going to Cambodia and Thailand. We started our research early and went with Odynovo. Joan was our travel consultant and was excellent. She understood our needs, was timely in her responses, asked questions and worked hard to meet all of our needs. And trust me this group of friends are a PITA. We had a small hicupp on the trip and I reached out to Joan within minutes she had the problem resolved. I would absolutely and without hesitation recommend Joan and Odynovo.
We booked an 18 day tour thru Odynovo and Luke was our guide for this portion in Thailand. We learned so much and Luke was an excellent guide. He was easy to talk with and understood. A truly amazing trip.

I just came back from Thailand 3 days ago and this is our 3rd trips arranged by Odynovo. I planned this trip with Leila Deng a few months ago and she’s already knew what will suit our interests and stay. She’s well rounded with details, knowledge and very efficient. We stayed at 5 stars hotels and the guides are knowledgeable, informative and helpful with the local foods and specialties. Also a good drivers and cars made our long trips comfortable. We spent 14 days and every days with full schedule so Odynovo and Leila met our expectations.
We booked a one-day tour of Bangkok through Cathy, and it was everything we hoped for. She communicated with us thoroughly, even prepping us well in advance for our single day. A few days before the tour, Tao reached out to confirm the dress code, which we really appreciated. When we needed to push back the start by 30 minutes, he was incredibly accommodating.From the moment we met Tao, he had us engaged and excited to explore. The entire day was well-planned, and we learned so much from him. Lunch was delicious, and the whole experience ran smoothly. The guide makes the trip and he was the best. It was a fantastic day—highly recommend!
If I could give Odynovo 10 stars out of 5, I would.I began my trip planning this trip to Thailand a year ago, working with Jake Zhong. The process was simple, and very personalized. The cost was a great value as well.We were a group of six friends, 3 couples, travelling together. The trip was AMAZING! Every single detail was perfect. NOT ONE ISSUE. Not one. The itinerary was well thought out, we were met and guided every step of the way by knowledgeable guides and drivers. Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Phuket were our stops. Hotels were perfect. and best of all? ZERO STRESS. Everything was preplanned and perfectly executed.I could go on for hours about how amazing each day and each activity was. Suffice to say that I will not hesitate to use Jake and Odynovo again – it was a perfect experience. USE THEM. You won’t be sorry and you will be blown away by how simple and easy and perfect your trip will be.
We are a group of 8 just return from a 12 days trip to Thailand. We start planning and looking for a travel agency to work with since last spring. We chose to work with ODYNOVO and honestly it was the best decision ever. They assigned Lily Guo as our agent. It was a great pleasure to work with her, very fast replying, very knowledgeable and professional. We started from a scratch and after a couple of weeks we finalize the final schedule. She planned everything perfect, chose great hotels, amazing tours , excellent internal flights timing and very important excellent, knowledgeable guides ( Ms Paninee in Bangkok, Mr Jira in Chiang Mai and Kwan in Phuket) . Everything went smoothly from Welcoming at the airport to the final day , you really have time to enjoy without worrying what is next . It was a very concentrated schedule and did and seen lots of things in such a short time. I highly recommend Odinovo/Lily Guo if you ever plan a trip to Asia, you will never regret and come back with lots of beautiful memories.

The best experience in Bangkok with them! Our tour guide Hunni was simply the best and made us feel like we were visiting this incredible city with a friend. She was knowledgeable, her and the driver made every location is easy to get in and out. All points of interest were seen as promised and in the comfort we had been promised. The whole trip was a joy
After contacting Odynovo, it was reassuring to have an immediate response from Owen Zhou. With the info we had given him, he included a possible itinerary and cost estimate. Once we were able to confirm our dates and needs, Owen was again able to reconfigure exactly what we wanted. Kudos to Owen for always responding to our (multiple) questions in a timely manner, and for making sure everything was reserved and confirmed! All aspects of our trip went smoothly.We have to mention how wonderful our guide, Nutnapa Songsee (Julie), was in Bangkok. We can’t imagine any possible way she could have improved upon the stellar care she took of us. (We hated leaving her when we left Thailand.) We would definitely recommend Julie. Julie is someone that Odynovo probably keeps on speed dial. She was always on (before) time meeting us at our hotel (or airport) and she saw to every possible need or question, usually before we had a question or request. She was an expert at arranging schedules, visits, experiences, meals, transportation. The best photos of our trip to Thailand are thanks to Julie. She always knew the perfect spots and was diligent in making sure we had photos of all the memorable experiences we had. If we were in charge of Odynovo, we’d give her a raise. It wasn’t simply her logistic skills and warm personality, it was also her depth of knowledge and artistry at delivering the history of all the wonderful places we visited. Our driver and car were also great. Didn’t want to forget to mention how nice it was to have a nice, clean comfortable minivan and a competent driver.
Had a blast touring with Odynovo. The guide Mr. Adirek Kalupae was very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. Additionally, the travel consultant Joyce was very helpful and made sure we were all taken care of in terms of travel to and from every one of our destinations. Highly recommend.

Don Li arranged most of itinerary. 4 days Bangkok, 8 days Northern Thailand including Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai, Mar Salong, Golden Triangle, Mae Hong Son. 5 days in Ao Nang and by ourselves 5 days at Koh Kum. 22 days. Everything was as scheduled and on time. Guides, drivers, food and hotels excellent. This is our second tour ( former Sri Lanka and Maldives with family of eight people) and we recommend this company.

All the tourist guides were very informative, and the drivers were very friendly, with water and wet towels ready for you.Time management was great; we had evenings free and could rest in charming Hotels.
