I have rented scooters from Nina’s Cars for more than 12 months. The bikes are well serviced and in good condition. I have not had one problem. The owners and manageress are very pleasant, professional and easy to deal with. Location is great too on the main road 4024 to/from Ra Wai beach. Thoroughly recommended.

I rented a toyota vios from Ninas. They drove the car to the hotel, all the terms and condition were very clear. They seem to be a smaller scale rental company which I really appreciate as they are very friendly people. On the first day there was a very small issue with the car and the immediately replaced it with another car for me with basically zero hassles. I really appreciate their flexibility and it almost feels like I was renting a car from a friend rather than a company. I could feel the mutual trust between the parties. I even left a nice tip for them to thank them for their service. 100% recommend this company for anyone looking to rent a car in Phuket!
Hired a car for 3 days because it was available only for that period. Very polite and welcoming at the beginning. Car was very good. He informed that the car should be returned before 5 pm ( although I took it at 10am and paid full day). He also said that if not possible bring it before 8:30 am for the next customer. On the third day we took the car back at 9:45 pm. He was very rude and very confrontational. He denied telling me about the late return. We had an argument about the security money I paid but he denied taking it. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for a receipt because he was so nice at the beginning. If you end up renting make sure everything thing agreed is recorded in writing and take receipts for anything you pay.

Nina’s Car Rental is the best rental service on Phuket Island, perhaps in all of Thailand. The owner is very friendly and honest. There was no issue negotiating anything, and the cars and motorcycles are reasonably priced and fully insured, which is not always the case. I can only recommend it. Next time we come, we will definitely rent a vehicle here again.
From the time I first made contact to the time we left the car for pick up it was all a fabulous and seamless process. The website is easy to use to make a booking if you want to or you can ring to make booking. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends who visit Phuket and certainly a trusted operator to deal with. We made some changes which were unexpected and she was only to happy to accommodate the request. What more can I say except give her a call if you are going to g to book any form of transport in Phuket
