This shrine is in Thonburi on the West side of the river, about halfway between Memorial bridge and Wat Arun. It is possible to follow a footpath along the river all the way from the bridge to Santa Cruz church, the Keng shrine and Wat Arun. A great walk.Kian Un Keng shrine is supervised by a local family (clan). It is a clean and serene traditional Chinese place of worship. Never saw any tourists here, though there is a jetty and perhaps sometimes small groups visit.Note the wooden carvings above the entry. Very well done, though the whole place could need an overhaul.Free admission.
