フアランポーン駅とワットトライミットの間を走る王宮エリアの第３の堀のような感じで囲んでいます。運河ですが、今では行き交うボートも無く、また水上マーケットもありあません。もはや川という感じですが、歴史遺産的な案内看板がありました。運河の南部側は寂れた家屋が立ち並び、これはこれで趣のある景色でした。
