  1. Wat Maha That is often said to be Yasothon’s finest temple, and it is certainly a good one. There are two main structures at this temple which are worth exploring. The first is a slender, Lao-style chedi which dates from the 18th century. It is white with gold paint on some sections. It has a very attractive shape and is locally venerated. The second attraction is a wooden Buddhist library in a Rattanakosin style. This is a very beautiful structure with an elegant porch, a kala (demon) over the door and precious Buddhist manuscripts inside.Entrance is free.
