The good place that can help me to find out where to go, what to do, what to eat and where to stay in Ratchaprasong from the friendly staffs who know it best. This is the center to help us plan my trips to Bangkok’s most exciting district at the Ratchaprasong Tourist Information Centre. You can also requesting for Free wifi or buy some gifts and souvenirs for your beloved friends and family here.
They try and find out how to help you with the places and information you need. They searched the Internet and always looked happy trying to find the information. Great help for tourists.
This is the great place to help you find out of everything you wat to do like recommendations or direction. The staff can help a lot to give you the best way to get your destination, exactly also very friendly and comfortable, free speed Wifi and super teasty Thai snack, good for souvenir not so expensive.
The counter staff was very helpful. There is a tour operator with a representative in the office.I could not find a trip adviser review for any of their tours. They operate under the name hotelextras. The vans are labeled Destination Services. Our private temples/palace tour on 25-Feb was 4400 tbh. Our guide and driver were great. Vehicle was a newer van with good air-conditioning.The very culturally focus tour ended up going to a friggin jewelry store, Gems Gallery. (I am certain there is a kick back for any purchase.)This last stop is noted in the last sentence of the description of the tours. However, it really detracted from what was a very impressive day for us.
Limited tourist information and staff. I was able to get information on how to get somewhere on the map, but that was about all there was.
HiI come to this nice & beautiful place for make several print & they did that for me very gently. If u need any help for your trip they help u very good,(this is my suggestion)❤
Neither the MRt or BTS give maps out( I think you can order one). This tourist information office at exit6. ( I think) has maps of Bangkok with the transportation routes. The Ratchaprasong cultural Center is just a bit further down the hall and contains some interesting artefacts. At ChitLom station near the Grand Hyatt Erewan. Tours can be arranged from here.
The first time coming out of the Chit Lom Station can be lost of direction. A sign shows Tourist Information as we come out from exit. Helpful and frienfly staff at tge Toutist Information Office and a easy to read map was given to us with direction and personal guidance. Great service and useful guudance to get around where to go.
