The park is located in the midst of Phuket Town with easy access and loads of parking place. On week end the park is busy during the mornings and evenings when people get time off from work to come run, exercise, cycle and socialize. On week days there are regular who keep fit. The track which runs 4 km is perfect for runners and cyclist with ample place to maneuver. I myself go run here and find it extremely pleased to run through the garden that has lakes. People of all ages mostly locals are seen running and cycling on this track. There is also place for workout, football, aerobics, basketball, rink football and outdoor activities. People who run on these tracks, some of them are really good and athletic. This place is great to spend time with kids who have a play ground too and a lake where you can feed fish and take them cycling or roller skating. On weekend Bangkok Hospital staff come to do free health check up in the park which is very popular. There is refreshments, toilet and restaurant with security 24 hours. Hence I highly recommend people who are interested in training or spending healthy time visit this park.
