  1. Pure animal cruelty, monkeys all had chains around their necks and were underfed and neglected in healthcare. All stayed in way to small cages. As well as all other animals in there. Please never visit so this place seaze to exist.

  2. Very cruel! We didn‘t check before going in, unfortunately!!! Never seen such misery. The poor animals. We wanted to help them but didn‘t know how?! Very small cages and animals in chains acting crazy!

  3. Poor animals…shameful how these animals have to be kept here.Birds locked up in cages that are far too small, monkeys on chains,….If we had known we would never have been there.

  4. Poor Animals! I have been up all night crying about this experience that lasted 5 minutes.Kept on small chains, tiny cages falling to pieces. No food or water. Many cages on ground so when rain fills up with water hence the piles on wet mud under them. Many baby monkeys taken from mothers just chained up.Depressed distressed animals many looked seriously sick with visual injuries, I can’t unsee the helpless look in their eyes. The only reason I continued to walk around after entering and seeing these poor animals was to ensure every animal within this disturbing place I had given food to. I was trying to take photos but the lady kept telling me no photos while following me about clearly noticed the look on my face when I saw all those monkeys and animals chained and trapped with no point of life. The honey bear looked so sad, filthy and practically dying I just wanted to just break it free and hug him his cage was tiny he could barely lift his head. From reviews I’ve read now you can tell he’s been stuck there for many years neglected. The deer in a tiny enclosure full of its own poo and wee in darkness looked helpless trying to get my attention. I looked into the crocodile enclosure quickly there were so many with the tiniest bit of water to dip into but I doubt they get fed often as they aren’t very visible to see they are there. I can’t understand why this place is still running and these sick people who run it haven’t had these poor animals removed from them. It’s honestly a disturbing sight. I keep thinking that through Covid most of these poor animals were left to die in them cages starving and thirsty. Please do not visit this place unless it is to break them free. Wish I could do more for these animals. Something I’ve witnessed that I would never want another person stuck with these haunting memories and images.

  5. The worst animal cruelty I have ever seen! Unfortunately this memory cannot be deleted from my brain. Cried my eyes out. Not one animal or bird had any water, chained up coughing monkeys, birds of prey stuck in tiny cages, a poor deer caged in a water bogged bed…I can’t believe this is actually allowed. If anyone can help me help these poor animals. We fed them all but left feeling hopeless ?

  6. Do not go it’s heartbreaking, i cannot believe that places like this exist is a modern world- awful place with no respect for animals and what they need

  7. Awful place. Monkeys chained up in Tiny cages. Clearly bored with no stimulation.Steer clear.Fed with bread and bananas only.

  8. Terrible experience. Absolutely disgusting treatment of monkeys and other animals. The place was filthy and lack of all needs of the animals there.A total ripoff and should be reported and shut down

  9. It’s a shame that this is allowed. The animals are kept in terrible conditions, they have to sit in tiny cages on the bare floor. None of the animals look healthy, some of the monkeys were coughing badly. There are also huge birds in tiny cages. The crocodile is poked with a stick to get it to move. Why? Please don’t go there.

  10. a horrible place for the animals. the monkeys are in small, bad cages or on a chain with a steel ring around their necks. the deer was under a roof, but stood in his own filth. the people who work there clearly did not enjoy it. love for the animals was nowhere to be found. how can it be that Tripadvisor states that this facility is good with animal welfare. we did not know how fast we had to get out of there. never again!!
