  1. There are many different boat trips in Ko Chang and they all go the the islands around, and even as far as Ko Mak, Ko Rang and Ko Kut.Still the closest Islands are the ones I recommend , this in order to avoid a long trip to the 3 farthest one, with an exception, Ko Rang if you are in Ko Chang for 1 or 2 days only. You can take of course a speed boat but that somehow would spoil the pleasure of a cruise on a regular boat. The trip to the close islands will allow you to swim and dive (snorkel) at Ko Wai, Ko Ngam, Ko Laoya and last Ko Khlum. There are even shorter trips with only 3 islands.I have attached many pictures to show you how a paradise place Ko Ngam can be.

  2. There is a bit of a drive to get to the memorial in the very south of the island after Long Beach. At the end of the path there is a kayak rental company for 200 baths for half a day. After a quarter of an hour of paddling, arrival on the island of Kho Ngam, a protected national park. An access fee must be paid to the guard present: 200 baths. This small, uninhabited island is a real gem. There was no one on this white sandbank lined with palm trees. The place is just magical, it is without a doubt the most beautiful place in Koh Chang. This is the activity not to be missed.

  3. I absolutely loved my day at Ko Ngam. The beach is absolutely beautiful, the sea is lovely and warm. I loved kayaking over to the island, more fun than getting the little boat.It is well worth a visit when in Koh Chang

  4. Great place, definitely go over in a canoe. Difficult at low tide, you should go over at high tide. We had a rental car, you have to drive around the whole island.

  5. In itself a beautiful island, but also not outstanding compared to other places nearby. Canoe to crossing 200 Bath, if fair. After docking another 200 baths / person (for Thais by the way only 40?). Unfortunately, however, quite dirty inside. I don’t know exactly what the three rangers on the ground are supposed to do. Instead of playing on your phone all the time, maybe picking something up. Drone flying prohibited. There are little jellyfish in the water that burn a little on the skin, but of course nobody can help it. Admittedly sounds like high-level whining, but wanted to let you know. Wouldn’t come back.

  6. A sheer, windy beauty ❤️Desolate. Calm..lonely but not alone!Sit. Swim. Find yourself.Return fresh. Refreshed!Thank you, Nature!

  7. We paid for boat to get there and when we arrived to Island we need to pay for entry to the island 200 THB per person (boat was already gone). There was no information about it before. The beach is very short and narrow and agressive monkeys were there. You can only be on a beach, because there is nowhere to go. There are dilapidated, abandoned holiday houses on the island. There is no bar or restaurant so don’t forget bring your food. View is nice. When we arrived there were a few people there which is good.

  8. Was super awesome but the drive from lonley beach is already a very long 1,5 h approx Super Strand The trip over costs 100 Bath round trip and entry was also 200 Bath but is definitely worth it

  9. Maybe it used to be a dreamlike place… now it’s just sad how everything crumbles and gets trashed. I don’t know where the water should be crystal clear, at the beginning of December even before the start of the high season this narrow strip described as so great was already quite well attended. We were on site on a weekday. That’s where it went. Before the weekend… impossible. This strip of land was totally crowded (already visible from the pier). 😔Original Thailand looks different
