Очень хочется в первую очередь упомянуть место! Ретритный центр находится на чудесном острове Панган в горах в настоящих джунглях! Помимо того, что здесь восхитительная природа, тут ещё комфортные условия проживания и очень вкусная и полезная еда)У Саши программа называется «пробуждениe чувств». Она включает проживание, питание, йогу, медитации, сопровождение) Есть разные сроки пребывания. Я сумела погрузиться в себя и кое-что осознать на энергетическом уровне: чётко ощутила, что счастье, любовь, спокойствие и тишина сопровождают меня всегда.Но стоит мне погрузиться в переживания, или в воспоминания прошлого, или в придумывание будущего, как появляется беспокойство, ощущение «не успеваю, надо бежать -делать»,яростное сопротивление происходящим вещам .. Я ощутила, как же это здорово просто жить настоящим. Доверять этому миру .. даже что-то неприятное принимать как « есть.»Не оценивать, не придумывать, не играть с воспоминаниями. ?Есть у Саши в программе такой пункт, как день тишины. Лично мне кажется это надо попробовать на себе всем)День, когда молчишь. И все вокруг молчат!Когда наблюдаешь за собой, окружающим миром.. и главное молчишь! Ни с кем нельзя вступить в контакт, даже невербальный))Это удивительно.. Наступает тишина! Не сразу))) сначала в голове кружатся мысли, очень много мыслей)))А к концу дня всё вокруг как-будто успокаивается.. и внутри так хороооошооо… ☺️ Вообщем будете на Пангане-заезжайте?Спасибо, Саша! ?
