การเดินทางไปสักการะบูชา เจ้าพ่อเทพารักษ์และเจ้าแม่ทับทิม สิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์ของคนไทยเชื้อสายจีนและคนทั่วไป สามารถเดินทางมาได้2ทางครับ ทางแรก คือขับรถไปตามเส้นทางนครสวรรค์-ชุมแสงไปตามเส้นทางสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวบึงบรเพ็ด ระยะทางประมาณ3 กิโลเมตรโดยประมาณครับจากถนนใหญ่ให้สังเกตุป้ายบอกทางจะมีบอกเป็นระยะครับ และอีกหนึ่งเส้นทางคือนั่งเรือข้ามฝั่งแม่น้ำจากฝั่งตัวเมืองจะมีเรือบริการข้ามฝั่งมาลงที่ท่าน้ำด้านหน้าศาลเจ้าพ่อ แห่งนี้เลยครับเดิมที ศาลเจ้าแห่งนี้ตั้งอยู่ริมแม่น้ำเลยครับแต่ด้วย พื้นที่บริเวณนี้มีน้ำท่วมที่เอ่อล้นแม่น้ำเป็นประจำเกือบทุกๆปี จึงมีการย้ายเข้าไปด้านในไปอยู่ที่บริเวณพื้นที่มีการปรับให้สูงขึ้นเพื่อให้พ้นระดับน้ำครับแต่ก็ยังคงอยู่ภายในบริเวณเดิมแต่มีการยกพื้นตัวศาลเจ้าให้สูงขึ้นอีกครับเพื่อป้องกันน้ำท่วมครับตัวอาคารจะเป็นครึ่งไม้ครึ่งตึกครับ ศาลเจ้าแห่งนี้มีอายุเก่าแก่ มากกว่า 100ปีแล้วครับ แต่มีการบูรณะและดูแลให้คงสภาพเดิมได้อย่างดีเยี่ยมครับ ภายในศาลเจ้าแห่งนี้เป็นที่ประดิษฐานสิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์ที่สำคัญตามความเชื่อของคนไทยเชื้อสายจีนมากมายครับ อาทิ เจ้าพ่อเทพารักษ์บันดาลให้ชาวบ้านอยู่เย็นเป็นสุข กิจการค้ารุ่งเรือง,เจ้าแม่ทับทิมชาวจีนไหหลำให้ความนับถือสูงสุด เป็นเทพเจ้าแห่งความเมตตา ช่วยให้เป็นที่รักของผู้พบเห็น,เทพกวนอูเทพเจ้าแห่งความซื่อสัตย์ คุ้มครองขจัดภัยอันตรายและความชั่วร้าย ตลอดจนอุปสรรคต่างๆให้หมดสิ้นไป,เจ้าพ่อสามตาฯลฯ ศาลเจ้าแห่งนี้คนไทยเชื้อสายจีน”ไหหลำ” เคารพนับถือกันมากครับโดยที่ คนไทยเชื้อสายของคนจีนไหหลำมีต้นกำเนิดมาจากเกาะไหหลำทางใต้กวางตุ้ง ใช้ ภาษา”ฉุงเหวิน เดิมเป็นภาษาหมิน” เหมือนฮกเกี้ยนและแต้จิ๋ว แต่สำเนียงต่างไปเวลาที่สนทนากันเสียงจะค่อนข้างดังครับลักษณะนิสัยเป็นคนประหยัดมัธยัสถ์ โดยคนในพื้นที่เค้าจะเรียกอีกชื่อว่า “เจ้าพ่อเสือ”ครับ ในช่วงเทศกาลที่สำคัญที่ยิ่งใหญ่คือ”เทศกาลตรุสจีน”จะมีการอัญเชิญองค์เทพเจ้าที่สำคัญทั้งหมดแห่ รอบๆตลาดของจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ครับเพื่อให้ประชาชนทั่วไปมีโอกาสสักการะบูชาเป็นศิริมงคล ครับ
