We love this market and have our favorite cook. The food is excellent, served quickly after being cooked on the spot. A must to visit.
Great place in krabi to eat local food local style. There aren’t many tourists there but local people eat fresh seafood on the view of the ocean.Went there at evening and it was great time with the breeze and the quietness of the sea at evening eating fish.A lot of mosquitoes though.
This place is good and has very nice food. there are so many varities to eat here and chill out in the evenings. OK Place.
Amazing food for the price!Super nice atmosphere and really local! The noodles and Phad Thai were amazing! Is absolutely a must if you go to Krabi
Excellent street market of local food stalls. Lots of variety and plenty of seating areas. Fewer tourists around but lots of locals having dinner. Nice chilled atmosphere.
There are many food stalls and places to sit. You can get a lot of different Thai foods here. Prices are very good.
We rented a Scoopy to go to Chao Fah. It’s about 25mins drive. Think it should be called Chao Fah Food Market instead of Night Market because it’s all food. I was expecting to buy souvenirs there. We ordered one dish from each stall so we get to try as much stalls as we can.Their system is a bit off; we ordered at the stall pointed to where our table is, they say yes. A few stalls got it right and delivered the food correctly to our table. 2 didn’t.I was wondering what happened to my food, I went to the stall and she packed it for me thinking it’s takeaway :/Another didn’t send our order to our table even though she’s just sitting there. The first few stalls are good – chili squid, cauliflower with pork. The Rad Na takeaway was tasteless (one of the stall towards the end).My Oreo Smoothie had more milk than Oreo.Variety of food is good but overall the food were okay not fantastic. Based on personal opinion and experience. We parked our bike at the parking area and walked up the stairs into a mini park, pass the pier to Food Market. Heading back I was standing waiting for bf to get the bike started, I felt mozzies flying around my legs. Next day behind my legs were filled with red dots but it’s not itchy. Put antiseptic cream on it and slowly it went away.
It was a 25 min drive to the market. Good food, clothes and souvenirs – affordable. However, we were so close to the large monsoon drains and the stench was quite bad.
Visited twice during our recent stay in Krabi town. Plenty of stalls selling food and drink and smaller than when I last visited 6 years ago. One of the juice sellers speaks very good English but the menus have pictures. We had a variety of seafood including grilled snapper which was slightly burned on one side. Food cheap and generally good.
The night market is adjacent to Chao Fah Pier Krabi. Several food stalls provide variety of Thai cuisine. We had dinner on 09 Dec 18. Other than food, not much of other activity.
