A wonderful experience specially if this is your first visit to a wax museum. It took me 1 hr to 1.5 hrs as I was travelling alone and was my first time so I took time to take pictures and videos. There are props for some statues which you can use when taking pictures. It was entertaining.
Small place and rude staff. The price is exaggerated for such a small place. This is added to the bad management which is evident in using loud music in the place and not setting a specific time for schools visits. During my visit there were school kids jumping all over the place, appearing in all pictures, pushing the sculptures and pulling their hair. It was a chaos around all visitors. We rushed out to get rid of the headache caused.
Madame Tussauds at Bangkok is a beautiful place to see all great personalities in one place but in vax !For those who visited Madame Tussauds in London (like me) there is not much joy, as this smaller version of it!However this is excellent place located inside a shopping mall ?
Smallest Madamme Trussads I have visited. Finished within an hr despite taking many photos – pretty empty which is a good thing. Figurines don’t look like vaguely like the real thing.Poorly maintained too – penalty kick simulator wasnt working.
My ipad generation kids absolutely loved madam tussads, my eldest for the pop culture side as she knew a lot of the people featured and my son for the interactive activities and ability to dress up and get photographed. A good visit will take around 90 minutes and the figures are interspersed with activities that reflect the people or theme. Its a joy to watch the kids having fun
We visited Madame Tussauds as part of the combo ticket with Sea Life in Bangkok. The combo ticket is a good deal as it covers a lot of things.Madame Tussauds itself is also a good experience, both for kids and adults.
I have never been to a wax museum before and they seemed to nail a lot of these. It was a very international assortment of figures. Lots of American figures but also a lot of Bollywood stars and political figures from around the world. was worth the admission price but I don’t know if I would go back, not because of anything wrong, just wax figures creep me out.
Madame Tussauds has always been one of my favorite museums, and this visit was truly remarkable. Upon entering, we were welcomed by incredibly lifelike wax figures of some of the most renowned artists and public figures from around the globe. It felt surreal to be surrounded by such legendary personalities! Some of my favorites included Mark Zuckerberg, whose innovations have transformed communication; Muhammad Ali, the legendary boxer celebrated for his immense talent and charisma; and Michael Jackson, the King of Pop, whose music has left an enduring impact. I also loved seeing the figures of One Direction, the beloved boy band, along with the vibrant representations of Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, and Beyoncé, each of whom has made significant contributions to the music scene. The museum was more than just a display of wax figures; it provided an engaging experience that brought us closer to these icons. We snapped countless photos, having a great time posing and pretending to interact with the figures. It was an absolute blast!
Madame Toussauds wax museum is located in the Siam Discovery mall. Interesting wax statues of celebrities across the globe like Einstein, Beethoven, Obama, Michael Jackson, Diana, Queen Elizabeth, Madonna, Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt, Jonny Depp, etc., Julia Roberts which was one of the statues which did not really resemble her, many Indian sport figures and politicians Ghandi and Modi, and other Asian celebrities such as Kukrit Pramoj, Seni Pramoj, Mahathir, Aung San Suu Kyi, Mao, Lee. Interesting was the description of the procedure to take measurements and produce the statues. Probably not comparable to Madame Toussands in Paris and London but definitely worth to visit.
I enjoyed taking pictures with some wax statues of past and present celebrity figures. The gallery was easy to locate and I had a nice welcome there. The visit went on smoothly. However, new celebrity figures would be probably the most welcome.
Great collection. You can take countless photos with some really real looking celebs. Good place to spend about an hour and a half. The tickets are expensive but you can buy a combo of these with Sea Life and get a discount. Buy both for a weekday and the deal’s quite nice. Overall a nice experience.
