  1. Fantastic place to visit. The Budda image is massive and covered in Gold Leaf. You have to pay small fee to enter but it’s worth paying.

  2. Wat Doi Thi is a great place for a day out. there is now a sunday market at the base of the hill. The golden Budha is huge. You may walk up from the base and enter the base of the statue. The views from the top all you to see the surrounding areas.

  3. This temple is situated on a small hill in Lamphun. Monk Khruba Sriwichai Monument is visible from quite some distance on the highway. Since this place a non tourist place, it’s very quite and peaceful. The statue is huge A couple of honey bee’s hives always stay on it. In some reviews it is mentioned that it is Buddha however it is built to honour the Engineer Or Developer Monk. There is quite some history inside the temple with good illustrative pictures.

  4. On the hill at the junction to city of Lamphun, this temple is hallmark by golden statue of greak Monk Khru Ba Sri Vichai in manner of sitting cross legs , looking at the North.
