We had a number of days of dives with Klaus and he was wonderful – professional, kind, and good fun. He was a wonderfully kind presence above and under the water, and even emailed us photos afterwards. Highly recommend.
Klaus was friendly and seemed professional when we came to know about diving. But when we set sail from the pier proved that Kraus is not on the ship, and our instructor is a young man who does not even work in the H2O. Klaus not even warned us about this situation, and this man was not a professional. I think it is very unprofessional and the impression from diving was spoiled.
We went diving with Petra. She was great teaching my son a discovery dive in the morning. This was followed by two dives in the afternoon with my daughter and I who were PADI qualified. She was fun to be with, professional and courteous. We dived at Paradise Island which was not too far away but saw nice coral and various types of sea life. A great experience and great fun.
Booked the dive at Dive Shop in Cheong Thale, not Phuket Town as indicated on Trip Advisor.Dived with Petra as Divemaster, with Jason from USA, an Advanced Diver. 2 tanks in the afternoon on Paradise Island and the Tin Boat wreck. Good quality equipment and First Class DiveMaster in Petra, both above water prior/post dives, and also whilst in water.A great afternoon and can recommend H2O Sportz to anyone diving in the area.Thanks for a fabulous afternoon’s diving.

We booked with Klaus through our hotel Como Point Yamu. Klaus arranged 5 dives in 2 days. Upon our request, one of the dives is nitrox certified and we had to finish our diver earlier the second day. He picked us up from our hotel and drove us back after diving. We joined a large boat (Freedom Dolphin) to Koh Racha Noi and Koh Racha Yai on the first day. The large boat was nice and clean. Delicious food and drinks in buffet style were served in between dives on the large boat. The second day we rent a private small speed boat to Paradise Island – perhaps it is an island not many diving trips would go to but the coral reef garden there was spectacular. After all the dives were done, klaus took us to a local Thai restaurant to finish off. Klaus is super helpful and knowledgable. He took photos for us and the underwater creatures and send back to us right away. We are glad to have him to complete our AOW and we are more confident on our future dives.
We had 2 Open Water (PADI) divers and a first-time diver. H2OSportz were fantastic in catering for exactly what we wished to do by customising the dives (early Dec 2019) to suit our needs. They were extremely accommodating and very patient with the first-time diver such that we all had a couple of very enjoyable dives. In addition the Dive Master kindly took a load of photos which he sent via Dropbox later on. All in all a thoroughly positive experience and I would dive with H2O again.
From the engagement when booking the dive, to the pick-up at the hotel, every element of the dive and activities were explained to me. The team make me very comfortable and ensured I was happy with the equipment before entering the water. Once in the water the dive instructor allowed me time to get firmly with everything before we slowly entered the undersea world. The dive experience was amazing. Enormous amount of sea life we even dived a boat wreck. Great team
