What a beautiful day on this tour! This trip was a great chance to explore some lesser-known spots around Phuket. We were taken to an impressive variety of stops, including a unique sunrise spot and a gorgeous lookout atop a small island. The first-class boat transport and friendly, knowledgeable service just added to one of the most memorable days I have had out on the waters surrounding Phuket. Highly recommend!
When I planed my trip, I needed to find a photograpy tours in Phuket and also in Bangkok. I reached Phuket Photography Tours and asked them for a quote. They replied to me very quickly with a full plan for both parts of my trip. I was more than happy because only one company covered my time in Phuket and Bangkok. That made me saved time. On his quote, they offered the transportation from the airport to my hotel and many meals was coverded too. They also specified that the plan was flexible so, I asked them if it was possible to go to shoot at a Muay Thai fight night, and they arranged that for me. During my two weeks, the communication was excellent and Kolin was punctual. The tour itself was amaizing: we visited temples, we went at sea on a traditional boat, we went to many local markets, we did street photography a lot, landscape, nightscape etc. Kolin took me to places where no tourist goes. He is also a very talented photographer and a content creator. If you are a photography lover, you must travel in Thailand with Phuket Photography Tours as they will make your trip a dream trip!
As a raw beginner with not even a decent kit to my name, Kolin approached our trip with curiosity and information gathering from first contact to build something that perfectly met my needs. Kolin and Kee took me from the hustle and bustle of Phuket for magnificent sunrises, nature immersion and perfectly nailed my requests of ‘misty mountains’ and ‘flowing water’. Kolin loaned me a kit, provided me with resources to keep and recommendations on what might suit me for the future. He spent additional time going through editing techniques and shared my photos and his from our trip afterwards. So much more than our trip – customer service started long before in planning and days after in follow up. I am amazed at the places that they took me too. What I would consider to be ‘the real Thailand’. They taught me Thai phrases and customs and shared much of themselves and their lives. Everything with a smile and a laugh and easy going banter. Both were so easy going and accommodating. They made it look effortless and left me with photos and memories that will last a lifetime. As an added bonus Kolin snapped a few photos of me (with permission) which I rarely get to have. I just can’t thank both of them enough and I wish them both the best as the true professionals that they are
We experienced a wonderful time with Kolin and his team, and while our family enjoyed two adventure filled days canoeing and visiting waterfalls I also learned so much from Kolin. Kolin showed me how to use my camera at levels far beyond what I previously knew and this has increased my enjoyment of photography and established a new level of anticipation in what I can do in the future. Kolin is technically well versed but he was able to provide me with teachings that met my level of understanding.The attached photo shows what Kolin was able to coach me through slowing the water and provided me with a photo that I treasure now and will do for many years. I’m looking forward to catching up with Kolin again next year and going to an even higher level of photography.A big thanks to Kolin for the way he coordinated the whole tour with all of his team on time and working to please us.
