  1. We took a tuk tuk to the bottom of the hill then we were provided with a ride to the Wat at the top of the hill. It is one of the most scenic Wats in Thailand, for 20 baht you can buy lettuce and feed the rabbits.

  2. It’s not a top 10 temple, but if you are in the city it is a nice place to spend 30 min relaxing. Free parking also.

  3. This is close the walking street – just a short drive away and is lovely. It isn’t huge but you can feed the rabbits and the temple itself is extremely well looked after and the views are so relaxing and peaceful. Definitely worth the visit

  4. A short drive from Chiang Khan. Up a steep road. The temple is modern and very impressive. The main building has a large rock imprint of the Buddha’s foot. There are huge wooden doors with impressive carvings (modern). It was a visit worth making, both for the temple and also the view, which is stunning. The rabbits were fun and loved to be handfed the lettuce.

  5. This is a modern temple with good views. To get there drive/ ride about 6 km east of Chiang Khan towards Pak Chom, take the right turn at the first village about 3 km from the Kaeng Khut Khu turnoff, go approx 3 km and there is a temple gate on your right, go up the very steep hill until you reach the temple approx 1+ kms. The temple houses a Buddha footprint and looks great perched on the side of the hill. The rabbits are in a large enclosure and you can purchase pellets or leaves for 10 baht to feed the rabbits, there are many rabbits.

  6. Very special place for the thai people Buddha is believed to have left a footprint here nice visit plus local market

  7. There was a big footprint in this temple which local believe is the footprint of Buddha. After paying respect in the temple, we walk around and found a mini zoo beside. It house rabbit, pig, chicken and turtle. The rabbit farm is fun. Hundred of rabbit inside and when you buy some food from the table outside, they are so smart that all surrounding you even before you show the food. They will follow you, climb to your palm as long the food is there.

  8. If you can find this amazing temple then well done as we just came upon on – it’s a long road up but worth it – lots of rabbits and a few pigs around in a large pen.A great way to spent a quiet hr or so.
