  1. We stopped by the statues on our way into Krabi as we were staying here for our holiday. The statues are nice to look at but this only takes fives minutes and then its time to move on. If you nearby stop to see them but don’t go out of your way. There is a small area for cars to pull in near the statues if you just want to jump out for a quick picture like we did.

  2. The first thing I would say is that the sculptures are free to view, but I would not make a special trip to see them, We had a shopping afternoon in Krabi and as we there decided to walk to the river for a photo opportunity. The crab and the eagle sculptures are impressive and well made, but there is no need to spend a lot of time here.

  3. in the middle of Krabi harbour. Some great boat trip from here.the night market is also here and definitely worth a visit for some great market food.

  4. It’s a sculpture, nothing more, but what is nice about it is the walk way there along the river and you can spot locals jogging, walking around.

  5. This has become a very popular photo spot along the beach in Ao Nang.Take a few minutes to study the statue and you will see that the fish and the figures are very detailed.

  6. Little laid back sleepy town with a weekend market and another market along the river , tranquil background with mountains and trees good for sunset puctures .

  7. This dynamic bronze crabs sculpture group is situated on the shoreline in down town Krabi. They are highly detailed and exquisite sea life sculptures in a well composed group setting. The inland waterway and mountains make a great back drop for photos too.

  8. There are many many sculptures to take memories with around Krabi. Ao Nang had 2. And Krabi town had the crab statue Really nice crab stutue with a big crab and 4 small other crabs. It’s directly opposite the night market. Come here to take a pic before visiting the night market!

  9. Good day I want to plan my trip to Krabi Town during 2023Please add the names of the sculptures (maybe in the gallery) in Krabi Town. Would be interesting to know beforehand what you can expect to see when visiting Krabi Town. Thank youRegardsAntjie
