Long nice beach – outside the hotels a little dirty. Take care on glas bottle parts in the sand. At the end of the beach we could watch a big group of Monkeys.
Found this sandy beach by accident while out on the scooter. There are few seafood restaurants then a bit further along the beach heading south are some beach bars selling alcohol. Tiki Bar and monkey bar.Nice to walk along and take some stunning photos.
Great white sand beach, plenty of room for everyone has forest behind, two luxury resorts, an original rasta bar, friendly staff and from the bar we enjoyed a wonderful sunset in the lounge chairs.Clean beach on the side of the luxury resorts, in the centre of the beach some trash. I can consider this beach very clean compared to all the previous ones we passed, in general this island is significantly clean.Every day I go swimming and do the beach from one side to the other which is almost 1000m. Sea temperature between 25° to 28°…wonderful. The sea is very salty and you can float very well. Good beach just for swimming, snorkeling is not interesting
This was our local beach, as we were staying at Santhiya resort. Nice clean beach at our resort end but rubbish just beyond Mama’s Seafood restaurant. The water clarity was not clear but it was nice to swim here.
Very beautiful long beach. Despite the hotels, this beach is not crowded. You can also enjoy a beautiful sunset with a cool drink.
From Loh Pared beach to the pier, which is 12 minutes away, you can take the ferry from Baan Larm Yai Pier to Phuket. This is one of the only good swimming beaches on the whole island of Koh Yao Yai, but there’s a catch: there are more and more tiny jellyfish in the sea, especially at low tide between the big resorts on the right hand side and Mama Seafoof restaurant. Good beach for swimming but nothing special, very poor marine life, no seabed to observe.
Beautiful and quiet beach, although the waters are not crystal clear it is a good place to relax under a tree on the rubber sand. There is a resort with several restaurants, massages and souvenir shops.
Wonderful cove. I stayed at blue bay resort and it was beautiful. The area offers places on the beach and further inland for both eating and enjoying a drink in front of a splendid sunset on the beach.
Lapara Beach is located on the western side of the Long Island, with plenty of hotels and restaurants located near the ferry port between Long Island-Puket and the fishing port of Long Island, when afternoons in the beach area can walk and catch the sunset, getting there is quite convenient, but it’s hard to park.
