  1. As long as it used to be a dirt road to get there it has be an insider tip for many, many years. But now, as the road is finished, hundred of day trippers on their scooters make this former paradise with its still unique bungalows just another tourist spot. Worth going going, but I´m still thinking back of the time when it used to be a paradise.

  2. the beach isn’t the best in koh phangan, but it makes a nice day visit if you browse around by scooter.

  3. As opposed to other beaches where, during the ebb, you’ve got to walk and walk for ages until the water get’s deep, here it happens real close to the beach. The kids loved this, and also the big rocks of silver cliff which you can climb and sit on. The first few steps in the water the sand is with small pebbles so you can bring water shoes, but after that it’s great. There are a few small restaurants and shower/toilet, it’s clean, not crowded and definitely a great place to pass a few chill hours.

  4. There are much better bars on the island with much better views and prices. Also the 600m dirt track is atleast 1km long and inaccessable by motorbike. Waste of a energy for a hard, uphill hike. The owner is rude and the atmosphere is moody. Dont go here guys.

  5. Great to go beach to beach via a small boat. Much cheaper 350 baht and saves on the taxi across the island once there. Fun to arrive on the beach. Easy to flag down when you want to go back

  6. The beach is a beautiful place . It is a pity that the restaurant is run by awful people .They have serious communication issues. The bartender doesent speak English and the owner is a old man who can only scream, throw food and sand and the only words I heard coming out of his mouth were “fuc* you” …The wife is even worse: she saw her husband trying to hit me and my boyfriend trying to protect me and she was fine with that.I really feel worried for the safety of the costumers there and the kids of the couple. If someone is planning on going eating there please reconsider…. This is outrageous. People like this are ruining this beautiful beach .

  7. Great beach. Quite private and no party. Nice to swim and watch monitor lizardsThere is a nice bar which plays music until 10pm

  8. no doubt this place is paradise, so beautiful so relaxing, we had great time there we didn’t want to leave the place

  9. an absolute do not miss part of the island. gorgeous beach. one of a kind. a favorite of the royal family as the place is immaculate.

  10. its a relatively small and cozy beach – nice to visit, near a small waterfall in a nature park – easy to reach, but far away from everything else….
