Our driver was obviously unwell as was constantly throat clearing and ate lozengers and cough syrup the entire 3 hour trip. We tried to have the windows down for as long as we could so to avoid getting sick however, given the speed, it was too hard. He drove very fast – hitting 140kms at times and was constantly texting and talking on his phone. We both felt unsafe quite a few times so not the best experience.

From the moment we booked with Tommy Taxi to our destination drop off, the process was seamless. The communication and booking via email was prompt and professional. He confirmed with us the evening before and sent us pictures of his vehicle for a smooth pickup process the day of. The 3.5 hour drive from Koh Sok to Phuket was comfortable – even allowed us to stop for a bathroom and snack break. Great service and great driver.
Booked 3 trips with Tommy – BKK airport to BKK city, BKK city to Hua Hin and Hua Hin to BKK airport.All three trips came with large Toyota van – clean and new with proper car seats for our 2yo and 6yo. Can fit 2-3 large luggage and 2-3 small luggageDrivers (Suchart and Nok) were very nice, punctual and drove safely. Highly recommend Tommy and his team.

We used Tommy Taxi twice during our stay in Bangkok. Mr Tao brought us on a day trip to Ayutthaya. He was very knowledgeable, had recommendations for attractions and lunch, was punctual, and very communicative. The car was clean and comfortable.Mr Anusorn brought us to DMK airport early in the morning. The ride was smooth and he was punctual.My experience with Tommy Taxi was excellent. After finding contact person at the airport we waited neatly 30 minutes for the ride to come. There appeared to be a mix up with the drivers. Much of the wait was outside in the heat. Not ideal.

We arranged a taxi last minute to take us from Bangkok to Suphanburi. Tommy Taxi made the process easy, responding quickly and at a price we were happy to pay. Our driver, Mr Thanong was great. Driving us smoothly to our destination with toilet breaks and ensuring we were comfortable with the air conditioning. We requested to be picked up from a different location to where he had dropped us off, and he was happy to do this. We would definitely use this service again.
