had booked transport between Phuket airport and Khao Lak to our hotel with Viator. when we landed at the airport and came out of there we didn’t find a person with my man on. had to ask someone if the person concerned could call the number we had been given to find out where the car went. had ordered a lux Van and after an hour an alm. Van which is significantly cheaper to order. and when I make a bad review on trustpilot they come up with the biggest lie. will not recommend this company in any way as it seems that I will not get a refund for an inferior service than I paid for. don’t understand that the company won’t admit they made a mistake and go ahead and give us a refund. but would rather have a bad review. their problem had they given me a refund I probably wouldn’t have made this bad review. so don’t expect them to show up or deliver the service you bought
