Great gym for fitness and box training with all necessary equipment and a good location. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Nong Fon who gives you with her smile always the feeling to be welcome!
First time at the gym. The gym is busy (9 people) and the cleaner decides to start mopping the mats I’m using. Instead of giving me space, he puts the mop inches next to me while I’m doing push ups. The chemicals smelled so bad I got a massive headache. I politely asked him to mop later; he said sorry no. He kept going. I had to end my workout at 20 minutes because I felt like I’d pass out from the fumes. What a warm welcome for my first time. That 20 minutes was well worth the entry – I don’t recommend a gym with this kind of service
