Taxi Service Bangkok is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking Thailand
I used Taxi Service Bangkok for 4 trips, airport to bkk hotel, bkk hotel to huahin, huahin back to bkk and bkk hotel to aiport. The drivers are very friendly and tried their best to speak to you in a smatter of English. 3 of the 4 legs were excellent. The first leg, the driver was using his hp a little too much and I was worried something would happen but luckily it did not. The drivers arrived in a timely fashion to pick us up and the drive in the Toyota Fortuna was good. Mr Toy was also very attentive to the whatsapp messages I sent him and he replied promptly. Most importantly, their prices were competitive. I would definitely recommend Taxi Service Bangkok and will use them when I return to bkk for holiday.
Don’t use this company at any time.I was forced to pay 50% additional as my return trip BKK / Hua Hin. The return trip was confirmed 4 times by email for a 5am pick up from the Hilton at Hua Hin. The driver never showed up and the only phone number they did not answer.I was forced then to pay x2 the rate to get a transfer at the last minute organised by the hotel on top of my 50% deposit paid to get back to BKK to catch an 11am flight.The company has refused to correspond with me – I have sent 4 emails and rung 3 times – I would just like an apology from them. Additionally, the driver drove while talking on the phone, had to stop for fuel, barely spoke English (in fairness I know no Thai either), no water in the car and was a pretty frightening driver.I cannot recommend anyone use this service not to mention they stole my deposit.
My wife and I used this service from BBK to Hua Hin. On booking I stressed time was not an issue but safety was. And true to my request our drive was very courteous and drove very safely taking no unnecessary risks. He spoke very good English which was an added bonus. Easy to rent a Van include driver. We paid from Bangkok to Hu Hun 4000 Bath. We were 11 people with a lot of luggage.
バンコク、アジティークでニューハーフショウカリプソーを見学した帰り、タクシーサービスを利用して、普通のタクシーに乗車しました。普通の流しタクシーより安全で、行き先も伝えてくれるから安心安全！かと思いきや、手数料20バーツ払って乗った矢先に、ドライバーがメーターの2倍の料金払うか、そうでなければ目的地に行かないと言い出しました。目的地と反対方向に車を進めたため！怒ってメーター以外払うつもりはないと言って急いで下車。結局、近くにいた素晴らしい正直者(メーターをきちんと使ってくれる)タクシーに乗ってホテルに帰りました。20バーツの手数料が無駄におわりました。グラブタクシーが捕まるなら、グラブタクシーをお勧めします！値段少し高いですが、怖い思いも、嫌な思いも100%しない！安心安全の乗り物です。ちなみに、ぼったくられそうになったタクシーは、ピンク色のタクシーで、ナンバーはns89575wです！皆さんもお気をつけください。We went to Asia tique for seeing Calypso show at night.And because we thought there’re no transportation services without taxi or tuktuk, we decided to take a taxi.Two days before a taxi deiver tried to rip our off, so we used Taxi Service because we thought it’s safer.But as soon as a driver leave the parking area he said “you should pay two times higher than meter otherwise I won’t go your destination”. And he started to go a wrong way.We got angry with him and said “ you mustn’t rip our off and go to our destination !!” but he slow down and stop the car.So we dropped off .Please keep in mind even if you pay 20 baths you may be ripped off.I recommend you a grab taxi!!It’s more safe and comfortable. And be careful pink color taxi!!!We met two bad drivers who try to rip our off especially Asian girls ( Korean and Japanese girls).The car number of the bad driver is ns89575w.Please be careful.

I contacted this company at 10.45 pm for a ride in the morning from Bangkok to Hua Hin. I was afraid that he should sleep but he send me a message back very quickly. We are a family of 5 persons so we needed a large car and this van was amazing!! The contact was fast and precise. He sended us a picture of the van from the in and outside and the number plate. We knew what to expect so we fell asleep piece fully. The next day the van would come at 10 am and at precisely 10 am the van was there. The driver was very kind and took a picture of us to send to the company for confirmation I think. That’s a good thing for both parties. It’s safe and reliable. The drive would have taken 3 hours to hua hin and we were amazed about the drivers driving skills. Bangkok traffic is so hectic and he went driving too hard or rushing like we had read at other companies but he was responsible and didn’t take any risks with us. The van had so many seat it was amazing. We sat so comfortable in the airco. After one hour we saw that the seats could lay down and that maked everything complete for us. The girls and I slept like babies. Our arrival time was 12.40 hours and it was quicker that the 3 hours. This has been the best ride in our life!! Thank you!
