Timber Hut is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking Yaowarat road, Thailand
I recently got married and has my honeymoon in Phuket. I was advised to try out this one place for a n ice relaxing night from a few friends and so I decided to and had some pretty high expectations. I enjoyed every moment as the service was great and everything was clean. Also had some good food so it ticked all the boxes.
Good old fashioned bar in the heart of Phuket town, lively atmosphere with live music featuring regular artists. DJ spots too and a great bar menu, drinks and food. Popular with locals, expats and tourists, very friendly. Great night out.
We went for a few drinks here after dinner one evening on the lure of live music. Strange place but we had a lot of fun. Staff are efficient, if not a little stand offish at first, but warmed to us after a while. We were the only westerners that night, seemed to be all Thai clientele. Good cocktails, decent live band knocking out typical classics but with a few thai tunes as well. We didn’t have food so can’t comment on this. All and all there was some life about it and it was great fun.
We loved the music there. A good band with 3 solo singers. Really worth to go. It is not expensive but fun.
We walked here from a nearby restaurant in Phuket Town (Salvatore restaurant) after being recommended by our hotel and also the good reviews. Fun place, with good easy going atmosphere. We received good service from our server and were not bothered to keep drinking after we decided to stop ordering drinks, which I appreciated. The live band was very nice and talented. We also very much enjoyed the dj who played some great songs and kept us pumped up. Highly recommend.

Celebrate birthday with our friends in this place. Order beer and whiskey bottle. Stuff everytime help for us make full glasses and clean table. Dancing with singers. Perfect vocalist. Recommended.
