Let’s Relax is perched on a picturesque hilltop overlooking 388 Rama I Rd Room SS6032, Siam Square One, 10330, Thailand
Visited the spa twice this trip, once at Central World and also at Carlton hotel. I did foot and shoulder massage. Overall nice settings and reasonable prices. Tea and delicious mango sticky rice were served to customers. My spa experience at Carlton hotel was better as I had a better masseuse there. They have many branches so chances are high there will be one near to your accommodation! recommend to do advance book as they are highly popular
Let’s Relax spa have a huge grand lobby and comfortable sitting area located at the Central World shopping centre. They’ll serve tea and towel before and after serving tea and mango sticky rice. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Professional therapist with skills. One thing that surprised me is that even though you just have a thai massage alone and also have a room just for yourself, make you feel comfortable and privacy. I have been to numbers of spa in bangkok for thai massage, but most of the spa are sharing with others and with a curtain to separate each other. Reasonable prices and recommended. Will be back again.
We were in Bangkok for several day and took advantage of visiting several locations of Let’s Relax. Now, as everyone knows, there are places all of Thailand to get massage, and most of them very cheap. We loved our visits to Let’s Relax. They may have been slightly more money that the average storefront on the street, but having experienced both, Let’s Relax was worth the little bit extra. We enjoyed foot massages, Thai massage and Oil/aroma therapy massages during our stay in Bangkok. They were well trained, professional and dod a fantastic job. after our 90 minute massage, they even gave us a plate of mango sticky rice to eat.
My wife & I each got a 120 minute Thai Massage. We were both very pleased and impressed with the facility and the quality/professionalism of the therapists at Let’s Relax.
Massage at Siam square one last night, the worse experience I had in my life. Warm oil massage 2 hours, and the therapist just rub the oil til absort,no massage skill at all. Super disappointed. After that i look for another massage right after this which just next to the building, the therapist there is very skillful and cheap. I hope Let’s Relax Spa can improve your service and therapist standard, make sure they are trained and licensed.
I came in with a small group of my aunties. In the middle of my 3 hour massage, covered in body scrub, i was told by the staff that i needed to shower off, get dressed and join my aunt in her room because they double booked my room. I told them there was no way i’m going to ruin her experience as well since mine was already ruined. they offered me to take a foot massage in lieu of the rest of my massage package. i declined and was told that i would get a refund for the whole package and i can just wait in the waiting room for the rest of my party. fast forward 2 weeks, no refund was received, so i emailed them with the email address provided to follow up. now 1 week later, with no response, i tried to follow up email today, but now i am getting “can not be delivered” error messages even though it is the same email chain i initially sent them. doesn’t look they are ever going to do as they promised, and will have to dispute with CC company.also, their massage beds have no holes for your face to rest, so when you have to lay face down for services, you have to twist your head either left or right.
I went based on my friends’ recommendation but my experience was so bad that I went out more intense, upset and angry than before the message! I chose aroma therapy in a private room with my husband and the lady who did the message for me was upset I don’t know why and she was so harsh and handling my body aggressively I told her more than once that she was hurting me. It didn’t get better and I got no apology and no good manners! I looked at my husband and saw that the lady was very gentle and polite and I had the very opposite for no reason! I will never go back there and I don’t recommend that place !
Best massage place to visit while in Bangkok. From the staff to location & BEST Thai massage ever!!! New location seems like on 4th floors. We came as walk in & the staff managed to accommodate us with short notice, no appointment. Tried a variety of packages they offer & it kept us coming back each day we were in Thailand. One of our highlights on our Bangkok adventures. Looking forward to re visiting in 2025.
First time visitors to Thailand & we’ve heard they’re known for their Thai massage this location is by far the best experience we’ve ever had. We had access to many other choices but the staff & overall experience was worth it for us. Our whole visit in Bangkok we made sure to try a variety of packages & every massage we had was amazing!!! Thank you to the professional staff for making our experience very pleasing. We will be back in 2025!
Let’s Relax Spa offers a luxurious experience with excellent service. I enjoyed a traditional Thai massage and facial, and the mango sticky rice and tea at the end were a lovely touch. Be clear about whether you want deep tissue or something gentler. With multiple locations, it’s a great choice for pampering in Bangkok.
If you’re a fan of massages, you simply must visit this place! I go almost every month, and the therapists are incredibly skilled. The atmosphere is super relaxing, and what I love the most is their cooling spray. The smell is amazing!
I originally was given a Groupon to have a Classic set of lashes. Tina did a great job, definitely needed to go back for a fill in two weeks, followed with 2 more fills. Was satisfied. Went last week for a new set. Very unhappy. Tina did not put any lashes in my inner lash line, no volume at all. I am going back on Saturday (a week later) to have them hopefully done properly. Let’s see. The Spa is very small but clean and very friendly ⭐️⭐️⭐️
i really like it! this was actually my first time trying let’s relax, i am really impressed, one of the top destinations to come if you visit thailand. a must try!
BIG DISAPPOINTMENT & POOR SERVICE from a company representing ThailandI have visited Let’s Relax several times during my visit to Bangkok over the years and during the CNY end of January I took my family including my parents to celebrate my dad’s birthday for early February. I booked for a body massage for our family of 6 on our first night (27th Jan) and my parents were happy with it so I booked for another 2hrs foot massage for everyone on Friday 31st January. As we stayed in the hotel right below Let’s Relax for conveniency since my parents are in their 70s and my dad needs clutches to assist with walking. Anyway, our booking was 9:30pm and we arrived 15mins early for check in and for the staff to help us arrange a room. By 9:40pm I saw some customers coming in and they were served first so I walked to the receiption and kindly asked when will be our turn as we have booked and paid in advance. I believe they overlooked our booking while we were seated at the waiting area and the lady immediatley from her body language asked another staff to quickly get the massage therepists. By that time it was already 5mins to 10pm and before we went in I specifically said we all had a long day we want a strong/hard massage. I went in last and saw that my son and I was allocated to the shoulder and headset seater. I didn’t expect to get this massage as when i booked it was foot massage however, they did this painfully for me. After 10mins I asked the lady can she do the foot because I booked for foot. To make sure she understands me I used google to translate English to Thai. She looked at it and said “wait a moment” and was gone for 5mins. She came back and said OK after 5mins. We continued to do the massage for 1hr and through out the time as we were all in 1 room I could hear them talking amongst themselves and my dad requesting a few times to do stronger on his foot. Only when my dad requested they will do and after 5 mins it’s back on the soft pressure. After 1-1/2hrs through the massage the therapist asked my dad to go on the head and shoulder seater and this time the therapist used her elbow to press really hard on my dad’s back to make it strong and hard but my dad didn’t ask for hard on the shoulder. He quickly asked to stop and said if she continues it will break his bones so he left angrily. During this time, NO ONE came to ask us what happened in the room nor after we finished at the reception no one spoke to any of us. I went up to the reception to ask to speak to the MANAGER. I asked twice and only did the male reception said WAIT A MOMENT. I waited for 5mins and asked again then the lady receptionist came out and told me MANAGER is not here!!!! I of course got upset because if the manager wasn’t here in the first place why asked me to wait? I then told them what happened in the room and no one cared and had any expression on their face. Another young male reception said to me rudely YOU CAN WRITE ON A PIECE OF PAPER what you want to say to the manager!!! I told them I am not leaving until I speak to someone what happened to us in the room so a kind supervisor came out and spoke to me. However, she told me that maybe there is a misunderstanding at the therapists don’t speak ENGLISH. This is very unacceptable and unreasonable excuse. LET’S RELAX serves overseas customers and it is right inside the hotel – even understanding SOFT or HARD they can’t comprehend. In the end I gave them our room number to ask the Manager to contact us. We are not asking for compensation but we want to let them know how terrible and disrespectful we have been treated by the front desk and the therapists. The next morning we waited in our room until 11am and yet no one contacted us. So we had no choice but to approach the hotel manager to inform her what happened so to avoid from this kind of incident and poor treatment from happening again. Finally, we met the Manager at Let’s Relax by the name of Sirion – she was very understanding and tried to apologized on the others behalf. They offered my dad for a free treatment that night or an onsen but my dad did not take the offer because he said even if it’s free he will not go to Let’s Relax again after a bad experience. We are not asking for compensation but at least for those who treated us poorly to come forward to apologize and self reflect on the kind of service they are offering to customers. I will surely not go to LET’S RELAX again. Thailand is well know for best services, best smiles and best courtesy Let’s Relax surely has ruined my image on this.
