My friend called suddenly in the middle of the night to inform me about her upcoming wedding and that I was invited. I looked back through my closet and told her that I still had my previously made suit from Newman Exclusive, a long time has passed but the quality is still finesse. Though there was one problem; my friend wanted me to wear a pink suit. An image of those cheaply made suits popped out of my mind and I was in utter disgust, but I had to wear one for my friend. So I went to my reliable and exquisite Newman Exclusive and asked the owner for a pink suit. At first I was hesitant to even ask for a pink color, but then I was flourished with these high quality materials that are colored to my request. From there on I had no doubt that my suit would turn out to be the center of attention. The owner took my measurements and then a few days later he presented the suit for a test fitting. I was in awe, speechless as I put the suit on. It was perfect on the first fit and so the final adjustments were made and I got the suit on time for the special day. Newman Exclusive never cease to exceed my expectations.

Recently, I had visited Newman Exclusive Tailor with my brother to have some suit for my cousin wedding.I’m very very satisfied because of their speed. I have been a long time customer of Newman. Will always make a few sets of business shirts & pants whenever Sam drops by in Singapore. 2020 is special with Covid19 but didnt miss out my Newman as they have my measurements and i was able to make a suit with a few pieces of business shirts. Awesome tailoring skills, meticulous measurements and good judgement. Went back to them a few times for repeated purchase when travel was allowed. With the borders close, I communicated with them via WhatsApp and have received the shirts within 1 week with zero hassle, door step courier from Bangkok to Singapore. Clear communication and after good servicing follow up. Would highly recommend ??
Amazing experience here!Came here and grab 1 jacket, a couple of tailor-made shirts and pants; definitely love these!The fabric feel nice and the cutting is very neat!! I need these stuff urgently and the shop really deliver these quality suits in-time.The level of service I received here is very high, the staff took a very good care in delivering the best suit that match me the best.Overall, I really think that this place provide very high quality suits with reasonable price; even cheaper and same quality with my THB10k+ suit of mine.I will definitely come back here for my next suit!
Best tailor you can ever find! Extremely helpful in the fabric picking and to the clear explanation of the different price points as well as the necessity of me picking between the most appropriate price point! And no, they do NOT hard sell for an unreasonably high price point. They ensure that throughout the process that the clothing is really customized in every way, with ensuring the fit while sitting, walking, with our wallets in and etc. The staff were great, Sam was great and the suits I ordered were amazing! I definitely recommend as a must go to destination if ever in Thailand and it not, can always reach out to him individually!
Probably the worst tailer I’ve been to in terms of honesty and professionalism. Went there with my friends right after Christmas in Dec and met Sam who owns the place. Seemed like a very nice guy and showed us alot of attention when we were there. We were worried our clothes will not be ready before we went back to Singapore the following week but Sam told us he will be in SG in 2 weeks so he will bring it over and we could collect it before CNY. Back in SG and 2 weeks passed, my friend messaged Sam but there was no response. Thinking he was busy, we gave him a few days to respond but he did not. We then messaged him again and he finally replied, saying that he can’t give us a timeline when we will receive it. A few days passed again and we messaged him, getting ghosted once more. He was not very responsive and we had to chase up multiple times. Today is 6th Feb, more than a month later, we finally received our clothes. However, my friend tried his suit and the fitting was baggy. Me and my other friends have yet to try ours but I’m not getting my hopes up. Instead of being honest about the timeline, Sam lied to us to get our business and then proceeded to provide poor customer service and to top it off, a lousy tailoring job. Stay clear of his shop, there are so many others in the same building that are way better.
Professional, competent and sincere service by Sam and his team. Honest fellas who genuinely want their customers to look their best. Very knowledgeable and shared alot on the different types of materials and cutting. Also gives good recommendation to what is trendy these days.
Came back the third time to tailor another suit and shirts as well. Every visit here is amazing with their warm welcomes and very experienced recommendations. Fabric there are always up to trend and have a wide array to select. They never fail to impress me after each suit/shirt is done, the quality is impeccable! I would say the best tailor in pratunam Bangkok!Cheers !
