While in Patong, we booked three trips with this company. We booked the first online, but found that the office was very close by so went in and booked the other 2 trips. The staff were super helpful and the trips were really well priced. We went on the Phi Phi island trip, ATV and the Phuket weekend tour with night market. The guides on the trips were also brilliant. Thank you!
3 of us booked a Phi Phi Island VIP Gold Class, highest of all the levels for this day trip. It was horrible, and I will gladly explain all the reasons why. 1. The pictures and detailed explanation of this day trip make it seem like you have a lot of space and can relax, with several hours of free time. Instead, you are slammed in with 100’s of other guests, Gold Class only gets you a better chair to sit in on the boat which is still uncomfortable, and the amount of free time we had amounted to 30 minutes of snorkeling and another 45 min on the island where we had lunch.2. The lunch buffet might have been the worst I have ever seen. For what was paid, there was nothing VIP about this, some noodles, one soup, and some chicken wings, all of which were cold. I couldn’t believe how low class this was, again for the GOLD VIP which is what we paid for. And only allowed one water bottle for a drink.3. They say they will provide drinks and sacks while on the boat, but that means they have one single type of bag of chips that you get, and a cup of juice. Again, I didn’t buy the economy level of anything, and this was supposed to be higher class, higher comfort, higher level of food.Nothing lived up to expectations and I wished we never had gone on this ridiculous trip. 90% of the boat ride is spent with a lady yelling directions about what you can and can’t do. Absolute waste of $120 per person.
We dealt with Rai, who was attentive and understanding to our needs. Even offered us an option which we never considered.Booked two tours and paid upfront once we arrived in Phuket. They are situated close to Jungceylon mall. Everything specified on tour itinerary was delivered.The boat/ tour operators they use were up to standard and very professional. Pick ups were on time.All in all a great experience and will definitely us them again.
Phuket Travel company provides the best possible service. My trip was 5 nights trip that covered Krabi day tour, James Bond Island, Phi Phi Island and Half Day Phuket tour with Elephant Trekking and ATV.The arrangements done were fantastic specially in Krabi (special thanks to Lily and Tony for being such good hosts). The pick up on each day was on time and was very well organized. Also the team is available on call for any assistance. The food served was of good quality (halal non-veg also available). The tour operator keeps u hydrated all the time and also assist you at every stage of the trip.Thank you Phuket Travel Company for making the arrangements so perfect.I would recommend this to my friends and readers here traveling to Phuket to go wid them.

This is the best travel agency in Patong. I made 7 reservations by email and I received help and answer all the questions. The staff is very kind and friendly. They are very flexible and if the slightest problem occurs they immediately have a solution. The prices are very good. It was the third year when I turned to their services and never disappointed me. Kie is the best travel agent I’ve ever worked with. She is very kind and friendly. Surely, if I get to Patong, I’ll call all of them to organize my excursions
IF you want a VIP experience then I would suggest that you DO NOT TAKE THIS TOUR. The boat (Sea Angel), is horrible – upon boarding the ship it is evident that the vessel is very old. There are floor boards missing, rust on the chairs in the dining area as well as broken chairs. It is obvious that the vessel has not been upgraded or repaired in quite some time. The tour included a lunch that was served cold. This is NOT a luxury or VIP boat and the pics posted do not reflect the reality of the boats condition.
They provided whatever was promised. Pick up was ‘too’ timely. Their approach was professional. Food was good – even vegetarian.

Booked and paid an advance to Phuket Travel Company for a corporate trip scheduled for March. Was initially very pleased with the way they handled the booking request however, have tried reaching out to the team repeatedly but no response. All companies are issuing refunds in light of the pandemic but the team refuses to respond to any contact. They’re also off Whatsapp since I sent my text earlier this month. Are any others having a similar experience? Please share here
