We did a tour with 16 persons and everything went perfect as planned. Very easy going and does everything in his power to make everybody feel comfortable. What I really like is that he thinks about the local people in his town as well. For example, washing elephants in a place where the elephants are free in the wild and at a local place where no tourists will be found. The Elephants come back when ever they want for food or to play in the river next to the sanctuary. Such a good vibe. Definitely recommend you to plan your tours with lanna as he made sure everything was good even in stressful situations. He also helped us at the hospital when one of us passed out. The rest of the group could finish the trip while he handled everything at the hospital, doctor and insurance. We did not pay a single dime at the hospital. We had the best Chiang Mai Experience because of the guides from Lanna Tour. We did lots of different activities in a lot of different places around Chiang Mai. The guides were very flexible and did everything in their power to make the best of our trip. Would definitely recommend!

I found this place while I am walking, the owner offered to help me and be my guide, I went with him on 2 trip in one day and he was too kind and helpful all the time, he provided me with so many information and even directed me for the 45 min walk through the woods as I requested him to meet me at the end by car.
