Beautiful Mall. All that you need under one roof. Movies, restaurants, clothing stores, Mini spa’s .and air conditioning.
Happy to watch Aladdin on a soft comfy couples seat. A good experience. Yummy hot dog, big bucket of popcorn, softdrinks, feets up…..classic movie…. nothing else to ask for.
We saw Joker. Picked our seats and cost was reasonable. Popcorn wasn’t great but prices were again, reasonable. The seats are big and comfy. Almost too comfortable. I could sleep in one if the movie was bad. Joker did not let me sleep. Sound was terrific. Would go back, no question.
You cannot find cinema experiences like this in the UK! The whole complex was charming and the cinema seats were very comfortable. We went to see Star Wars IX on the release date. We could not booked online but that doesn’t matter because the ticket machines inside the complex were user friendly and easy to use. They take credit cards! We selected the penultimate row and the seats recline back comfortably. It was a large seats with cup holders. However, you can’t take own food and drinks into the cinema. The cinemas was like the olden theatre stage which was lovely and clean. It was such a great experience and it was the first time I’d ever been to the movies in Thailand and I was born here!
I spend a fair bit of time over the past 3 years in Thailand and have always used this cinema. Earlier this week I caught up on the Star Wars saga episode 1X. Excellent film I may add and then later on we watched the new Bad Boys film again excellent. The seats recline and are comfy with plenty of leg room gift two people 440 baht. So about 5.50 each. I like it because they show the films in English with Thai subtitles.
Great quality cinema for a great price!Value and candy bar selection is fabulous as well as a great select of seats including a double couch!
Love this shopping centre. Plenty to look at. Great selection of shops from brands to no names. Great food choices and excellent entertainment options for kids up the top. Big C is in the shopping centre which is very helpful and street food etc underneath. We love it and it always gets a number of visits from us everytime we are in Patong.
The SF Cinema is on the 3rd floor of the Jungceylon shopping mall in Patpong. This is a modern cinema that is very spacious with all the modern amenities. The cost of tickets is very very reasonable and the cinema shows all latest release English movies in English. There are always about 20 minutes of movie previews and advertisements in Thai that add to the whole cinema experience.
I always catch up on all the latest movies while I’m in Patong. The atmosphere, the seating, etc. make it look and feel very classic but still very clean and fresh. I love the fact that you’re asked to stand up while the king’s anthem is playing before each film. It adds to the experience. I’d add that it’s worth checking out a Thai movie at least once just to see how different they are. For instance, it seems that ghosts are the main attraction in horror films here. Highly recommended!
