I saw some people complaining about not good, Actually it depends about the person who is doing the massage to you.There 2 of them .. underground floor and 3rd, but always chose the underground floor better stuff and less people.Best place to do massage in Phuket to be honest , i know it is not fancy or in private building.. but really really good i have visit Phuket 4 times and every time i come here to do massage.. they are really good I remember first time I couldn’t move because I walked too much but i came here to do massage and next day i felt no pain at all !!!! Of course not all of them is good 90% they are good and other time i did they was tired or an old person doing.The manager though she was very polite and nice i asked for toilet she said we don’t have but she walked with me outside to show me where so i won’t get lost.

I took a 60min head neck shoulder massage. It was the most terrible massage experience in my life – the masseuse was pinching me, NOT massaging me. Halfway through I started to think if she had something against me. Not once did she ask me if the pressure applied was acceptable. When I told her it was painful, she did not address my concerns and continued with her endless pinching. When it reached the head portion, she was so rough I was worried my hair would fall off. I stopped the massage early and did not tip (first masseuse that I have not tipped in my life). When I gave my feedback to the receptionist, they just said that this is normal for Thai massage and brushed off my concerns. Terrible and unprofessional. Please take your money elsewhere.
Today I went to the Jungceylon Shopping Center in Patong and try the MONTRA MASSAGE to experience The most horrible massage in my life time. First of all, when I enter the door, they first give us the price list. Then I choose Thai massage as usual. The reception keep saying that Thai massage is so painful and is non refundable. It is 450 bth 90 mins. Since I have Thai massage for many times before, so normal Thai massage I can well tolerate. When they wash my feet before go in, they keep saying that Thai massage is very very painful and Non refundable which I feel so weird that they keep repeating that. After starting the massage, they told us to keep quiet. we understand then we stop talking. The first ten minutes is already painful, but we tolerated and keep silent. Until they press on my injured left leg, I request them to avoid that area or press lightly on it. They refused! I ask again and explain to them that my left leg was injured yesterday. They REFUSE !!!!! Then scolded us said they already told us is painful, and said “ No matter if we press it today, you will still feel painful tomorrow.” I am so angry then bargain with them, after that they refund and told us to leave. Phuket is a Beautiful tourist area, I hope all of you can enjoy massage but not having such terrible experience like me. share and forward my message. Especially those who have hurt or injured after any water activities. Never go to Montra massage. !!!!
As westerners we need to stop feeling sympathetic to certain Asian countries. This massage place in Patong Phuket was so dishonest in the service. A Thai massage I was told used tiger balm instead if traditional oil. 1/2 In not tiger balm. Just the lady using her elbow. I complained as was begrudgingly given a small portion of my money back. To top it off my work colleague misplaced his phone inside the place. A lady asked him for 100 baht to get it back. Only after we threatened to call the police. She handed it back. DONT GO THERE. LOTS OF GOOD TRADITIONAL MASSAGE PLACES TO VISIT.
Just DONT do it. Worst massage I ever had in my life till I stopped the lady after 15 mins. Imagine getting pinched hard. All over. Pinched not massaged. And I tried to tell her repeatedly and when I went to the front counter to explain they just said that that’s the way the massage is and was rude to me. Just DONT!
My husband and I are frequent visitors to Thailand. We love Thai massage. Last week we went to Phuket and went to Montra three times. The first two times were excellent. The masseurs were very skilful. But our last visit was a disappointment. We were put in a twin room which was located between the foot cleaning area and the foot massage section. Visitors were super excited in both areas. Undoubtedly we could not relax in such noise. We asked the manager/ receptionist for a possible move to another room. She at first said all the rooms were full. We could understand. But then she went on and said she could not control her international customers. The worst was that she said if we wanted quietness we should have our massage in a hotel. She has absolutely gone too far and has totally forgot she is supposed to provide a service. So just a warning note to customers. If you care for service , Montra is not a place for you.
I have lived in Asia over 15 years, now in Phuket, never had a worse pedicure, even the normal order of what they do for a pedicure was wrong

This place is in the Robinson Mall in the concourse level. I had a 30 minute thai massage (back, neck, face and shoulders) and it was awesome. The place is super clean and very professional. I highly recommend this place.
Beautiful back, neck and shoulder massage. Privacy and silence are not so great but massage was incredible. Price is also very good
