I choose the Araya spa randomly as my first option. All I can say it was meant to be and was amazingly surprised that the massage was fantastic. Recommend trying it out.
One of the best spa I had I was staying in Araya hotel so I went there two days and spa was really great first day I took foot massage , second day Thai massage both was great and this spa look decent compare to others in the street.

I have arrived phuket on 21st of October in phuket. I stayed at araya beach hotel. Next day I was looking for a great massage like I have heard about thai massage. So I went to ARAYA SPA. When I enter to the spa their staffs have warmed welcome to me. I chose sport massage for 60 minutes. Wow… that was amazing massage has been done by a spa therapist her name is Aor. I feel quite relax and I slept while taking massage. I will advice to my all friends to go this spa. I really like to do massage here.
My mom and I went here one day after our hotel recommended this place and it was very close to us. First, I got the classic Thai Massage with essential oil. An hour massage with the extra charge for the oil was under $20USD- so affordable and worth it! Very clean facilities. We were worried at first about the privacy, since you are separated by curtains, but it was totally fine! Thai massage is very different from what I ever had and even seemed strange at first, they stretch you and manipulate your muscles, but it is amazing for the body!! My mom is older and has had a problem with her arm and has not been able to lift it above her head for the last year, and they worked on it and after ONE massage, it was 100% improved mobility! Incredible. The masseuses are so well-trained. They know exactly what your muscles need and will fix any tension or problems you have. We went back every day for the remainder of our trip and got the same therapists every time- Rungwan and I forgot the other’s name! They were fabulous!
The place is clean with the ladies modestly dressed. Not too steeply priced either. They’re open till 12 and accept reservations. The only peeve is the loud sound from nearby pub.
Had thai massage for 2. It was great. Better than expected. Place was clean and peaceful. Near juncyelon. Different experience from the other typical salons at the sidewalk.
Most of the “massage” places along the strip look dirty and have dirty looking “girls” out front trying to lure you in. I would MAYBE get a food massage at one of them… but that is IT. For the same price… you can go inside Araya Spa and get treated with respect. The service was excellent, the facilities clean. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is because instead of a private room for a massage, it is just a closed curtain. Still very private in the sense of no one can see in and you can’t see out.. but when loud mouth people come in.. it interrupts the tranquility. It is also right on the strip, which means you can hear all the cars passing and horns honking. Otherwise still and excellent experience.
I visited the spa and paid for a 2 hour massage. Phuket is a hot humid city and walking into a good massage spa covers the following check list . Wet face towels, feet scrub and bottle of cold water with option to shower for body scrub massages. None of these were offered. The massage was over in under 90min and it was a very below average. I did not wish to complaint due to compassion for my masseurs. It was very obvious the establishment was cutting corners. I am not a guest at this hotel and only visited the spa for a massage. I dislike giving negative ratings but this place did not cut the muster for price, amenities, time paid was not fulfilled.
