Tried their branch in Silom several times. Just happened to know they opened a new shop in Sukhumvit and was closer to our hotel this time.Interior decor was impeccable in the usual Infinity way but the new shop was much more spacious and fancy. Not to say too much but one should try to see how the design was well thought out.Picked the signature aromatherapy again. Aey was the experienced therapist who served me. Just like Ann in the Silom shop, still very impressed by these small built ladies giving me firm massage that relieved all my fatigue and stiffness from bad posture at office and workout.Snacks were good as always. Going to visit one more before flying home.
I had one of the best spa experiences in Bangkok here in Infinity Wellbeing, located in Sukhumvit. Having been to the Silom branch, there are subtle differences.The beautiful steps lead you to the spa entrance. I did not even have to say my name as they must have known of my booking time. I was offered a cold towel and roselle drink to cool down from the heat. The treatment room was huge and relaxing. My male therapist Khun Tor (apologies if I spelt it wrong) was just beyond words. He was skilled and I felt so relaxed until I snoozed during the treatment. I did not manage to offer a tip to Khun Tor as he had disappeared after attending to me. I will come back again once the situation gets better in Bangkok and will personally tip him for the job well done for my next treatment.Thank you Infinity Well being!

I was visiting from the US and wanted to have a nice spa day for my last day in Thailand. I considered the spa at my hotel (Park Hyatt), but came across Infinity Wellbeing. Given how luxurious, stylish and clean it looked, it felt like a much better value than the luxury hotel spas. I was not disappointed! I have very high expectations for any spa and this place could not have been lovelier. The receptionists were so friendly and welcoming as well as super responsive when I needed to make adjustments to my reservation. My treatment room was beautiful and sparkling clean. My treatments were excellent and so relaxing. Highly recommend! I’m surprised this place isn’t better known – it took some effort to come across it!
The moment I walked in the door, I knew my time at Infinity Wellbeing would be completely enjoyable and special. I was greeted warmly and with smiles, offered a beverage and fruit, and was then escorted to the private room for my massage. The ambiance of the different areas was perfect. The background music was subtle and just right. The massage bed was heated and the oil used was fragrant but not overwhelming. I highly recommend Infinity Wellbeing.
Came here with a friend for a package visit. Reservations + service/promotion explanations were easily taken care of over online chat. Service quality, products, ambience, rooms, etc are all just like infinity spa @ Silom (they are all good). Highly recommend a visit for those looking for a upscale spa experience in the sukhumvit area.
I was really wowed by the spa design when I entered. It’s modern, bright, and in general really stylish. So you get your own private room which is a similar standard as a hotel spa. There room has a shower and restroom. The best part was the heated bed. The sheets were so soft – I just melted into the bed when I laid down. The massage was great – you can tell that staff are well-trained. There are a lot of spas in Bangkok but this one really stands out for being a non-traditional Thai Spa. Highly recommend!
best spa experience ever!the reception already had a warm and friendly atmosphere.The room where the massage was done was really clean and comfortable. the massage bed was even heated. this is a good thing when you are tired.before the massage you got a cold towel and a snack. after the massage, a hot towel and something to eat.The massage itself is one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced.I can really recommend the place to anyone! really extensive menu of everything.you should make an appointment in advance, especially if you want a long massage or a package.I will definitely go here again and have recommended the place to many!
