Had such a relaxing time with the family. Young kids at 7 and 4. Such helpful Instructors on the System 2.0. Great choice of drinks and snacks to accompany. And it felt great being around such a ‘natural’ setting. Staff was great… we will be back!
Stopped here to cool down on the way back from Karting. The whole place had a relaxed atmosphere with plenty to do for a family. The wakepark had decent gear and lots of jumps/sliders with a good access around the edge to reduce the swimming distance. There was a climbing wall and we also took the kids on the inflatable playground, which was challenging because some of the ramps were missing holds which had been ripped off, so gave use a real workout, but the kids loved it.Definitely worth a visit.
Great place for beginners. Very friendly Staff. Warm and nice water good prices. Go and test it if you want to try wakeboarding.
I’m not much for exercise but this was really fun, I enjoyed it so much that I’m making it a weekly happening, maybe even more than one time per week. If you haven’t tried, do it! You won’t be disappointed!
Helpful staff, great team, super safe, amazing food, cool place to hang out with friends! Rebecca is a legend! Thanks for giving us a great day we”ll never forget! 🙂
The best place for wakeboarding. Great food. Good staff. Guys, you’re the best. Many other entertainment
Stayed in phujet for 5 days and decided to try the wakepark. Location was close form our hotel and it was a lot of fun. The team who look after the place make a good vibe and atmosphere. Even if you are not professional it is still much fun.
If you are beginner, it is not your place! Before we visited this place, I checked the reviews on tripadvisor and I started to follow their facebook page. There was no information about the traning cable being broken in April… so we went there, paid the taxi and then the lady told us about the broken facility. We decided to try it anyway but the “training” was absolutely zero star, they didn’t speak English, only a few words and couldn’t explain anything.. We asked them to slow the speed a little bit as my husband nearly stood up on the board but the the speed was on max so at the end he failed again for a 100 times already. They said it is not possible, the speed is good. (I saw the machine and it was on max speed!) They did not help us at all and they were very unfriendly. They don’t care about their customers.AND also the equipments were in redicilous condition. The helmet what the guy tried to give me was very dirty, full of guano and ants. There was a huge amount of ants on and in the vest as well. I have no idea how the place can still work with extremely poor service and worn out, dirty and disgusting equipments. Only positive thing it wasn’t crowded, but now I understand why.It is not relating wakebording but we didn’t like the fact that the guy kept kicking the little puppy under the table… Disgusting, heartless people!!! Terrible experience. I don’t recommend this place.
Do not go here if you are a beginner. We were on the advanced cable at max speed with a guy who did not seem interested in teaching us. If you know what you’re doing I’m sure it’s fine but just not for beginners. So our story: We are absolute beginners to wakeboarding and had looked up their website which advertised lessons on a beginner (2.0 type) cable, I processed to email stating we were absolute novices and could we get a lesson to which the office replied, sure, we could have a lesson. First, we arrived to find very disinterested office staff. Then onto the actual wakeboarding…For those that are beginners and dont know here’s a bit of background on cables (we only learned this after): when starting to learn to wakeboard you go on what’s called a 2.0 cable, that just goes between two posts (hence called a 2.0); the speed can be adjusted and stopped when you fall. After our experience at anthem we tried one of these and it makes learning very easy and enjoyable. Once you are good you can go on the full speed cable. This does not have a variable speed control and you have a very quick acceleration when the cable first pulls you. So back to our story – we went to where we were told, not knowing any better and were started on this high speed cable with minimal instruction. What followed was two hours of face planting, frustration and limited advice from disinterested staff. We really hated wakeboarding after this and were convinced to try a 2.0 at a different wake park, which was so much better and we really enjoyed it. If you are a beginnner, my advice would be defintely find a wake park with a functioning beginner 2.0 cable! Anthem doesnt have a functioning one, so I wouldn’t go here.
Spent a 10 day pass here in order to improve my skills. Very freindly and helpful staff. Food at the restaurant is delicious and the terrace offers a nice view over the entire area.I especially liked the length of the lift. Also suitable for beginners (system two lift).
