I think the Jomtien Sauna is absolutely charming . Lovely staff and very well run . It’s an absolute joy visiting there fantastic facilities and a great place to keep fit . I am an avid swimmer / cyclist with a mild disability so the Sauna / steam and pool allows me to keep my health above board . I’ve met some lovely people there and my friends visiting from both Thailand and Europe have been very impressed. Essentially there’s a good buzz about the place . I’ve become a member which was a great decision and worth every penny / baht The staff are always in good humor and always helpful . I am looking forward to visiting soon and I wish them well and hope they’re business picks up well when they reopen And a big thanks for their hospitality ?James
I wanted to give it a try & being not much people inside, I’d enjoy some relax time. Everything good so far but later when ordering food, I found some menu items unavailable. Unfortunately when the available food did come, it was below standard and although staff did listen to our complaints, they did nothing to remedy the situation. There are plenty other saunas in Pattaya so when tourism does restart after the COVID, I feel they will defiantly struggle to compete, if not already closed.
The most welcoming of establishments, create management and friendly clientele , laid back and inexpensive but quality throughout , great for relaxing solo or with friends
Nice place. But, what has happened to sauna. Before very nice. People spending time 10 to 15 min on there. Now they came out in 4-5 min. It is apsolytely too hot and dry now. Steem sauna is ok. And pools too.
I’ve visited Jomtien sauna now twice inside a week and the second time will be the last one for a while. The saunas and the pools are great but the staff working there is horrible except the one or ones who cook the food. Food there is excellent. The rest of the staff working behind counter and working with laundry are sitting on their asses and talking very rude about the customers without any reason. They deliver the first jug of service water and glasses to your table and that is where the service stops. If I’d run the place I would seriously do something to teach or replace the staff there. Also the lockerrooms and the showers are in a very poor condition.
This business recently sold. The new owners cancelled my membership and i believe all current memberships, saying these were the responsibility of the previous owners. . If this is not illegal it is at least a very bad way to treat people. I will never use this sauna again.
Great steam room with thai herbs (they are really in a pot, under the seat!) and good hot sauna. Pools are clean and staff is friendly. Prices are good and also food was excellent. I like that this sauna has not got any posers as customers, just regular people. If I had time I would go again, but probably next time when around here!
Nice sauna unfortunately spoiled by lot of young children running around and making lots of noise not a peaceful venue unless you visit early in day Will go back to adult only sauna
Nice place and clean. Have a massage place there too so we will try the scrub next time. They serve food too and drinks.
Great place to go to relax everything is very clean and in good working order. The food was nice and staff were polite and helpful
