The spa was very clean and the ambience was very good. The ladies in the spa was very professional and speaks good English.
I had 4 deep tissue massages in 7 days, all of them were awesome. Painful, yes they nearly made me cry, as to be expected with these massages, but I really needed the work on on some super tight muscles, from work/office stress.Very sad we had to leave and come home.
Spa & massage was excellent and services was very good! Thank you Ms Joy for the lovely massage! Nice soft music and good aroma therapy oil was used. Just enjoy the massage and pamper your body away!

We arrived for our massage 15 minutes early as instructed when we booked, and for the next 90 minutes my husband and I were truly pampered. A refreshing drink of butterfly pea was offered as we registered for our massage. We were then escorted to our room and enjoyed an excellent massage. My husband had the Balinese Massage and I had the Aromatherapy Massage….wonderful….60 minutes of pure bliss! After our massage we were treated to a cup of ginger tea. A wonderful way to finish off our stay in Thailand.
It’s a beautiful place with a very nice and helpful reception. And Jum is the perfect therapist. I had severe back pain, and she helped me immediately. She knows exactly where the pain is, and she can work it out very gently. She finds the perfect balance during the treatment. She is a great therapist. Thank you Jum.
I had a massage while in Bangkok that left me feeling worse rather than better. I decided to book another while at Centara and I’m so glad I did! Highly recommend booking with Jum. She was incredible!! I felt so so much better thanks to her! She also prepared tea for me to enjoy on the balcony after. It was relaxing from start to finish.
