  1. I was in Koh Phangan doing yoga 1-2 times a week with Kuhn Sunny from Sept-Nov. Hands down my favorite yoga studio bc of her teaching style. I liked starting off with Pranayama breathing and a quick meditation to bring me to the present moment (“1-2-3-4-5-6-Seveeeeeeen-8”) 🙂 She also came around and made adjustments to my form which I liked bc I’m a stickler for technique. Sunny has a laid back vibe and makes the students feel welcomed and relaxed. Will be going back for a visit in Feb and will def drop back in. Highly recommend this studio 🙂 thank you Kuhn Sunny!

  2. Sunsanee is a wonderful teacher, she is very dedicated to her teaching and to give the best to her students, to help and trasmit to them the knowledge in yoga, the place of Sunny yoga is wonderfully located, it is sorrounded by nature and it is very close to several great restaurants, beaches and key places, lots of love Sunsanee!! ❤️

  3. I’m a yoga teacher on the island and also have been invited to teach some workshops and other events at Sunny Yoga. I’m also personally friends with Sunny and know she has the right heart for this work of helping people expand their awareness and wellbeing through Yoga. The venue is down to earth and hidden up on a forested jungle hill. It’s a beautfiful place to practice.

  4. I’ve been to Sunny Yoga several times and always met with high quality teaching and workshops. From Chris’ Hatha, George’s handstand workshop and of course Sunny’s classes. They really know what they’re doing. It’s hot a loving and friendly atmosphere and being up on a hill in the forest the breezes are delightful. Highly recommended?

  5. I been coming back to sunny yoga 4 times already during the last 2 years. I highly recommend the 10 o’clock morning classes . the air is fresh , sunny voice is very calming and also the other teachers are also quite good

  6. The yoga studio is small but adqueuate, and surrounded by beautiful tropical forest, giving amazing views. The morning vinyasa is invigorating and challenging, and the afternoon gentle hatha is much less crowded and a great way to end the day. All the teachers are knowledgeable, and I really like that there are 2 Thai yoga teachers there (who both speak English very well). I checked out a couple other yoga studios classes before decided this was the right fit for me. Recommend

  7. I’ve been to a few yoga classes before, but this one was definitely the best to me. Sunny is a very kind teacher, you’ll feel confortable right away. Also the location is great: being surrounded by trees and hearing the birds singing while practicing is priceless. We took the morning Vinyasa as beginners, which is perfect to start the day ! Deep peacefulness felt at the end of the class.

  8. Great relaxing proffesional yoga. Perfect location! I started yoga with no expirience at all, you can join the class even if you’re expirienced or if it’s your first time!

  9. I went here for a 1-month yoga teacher training and loved it. Wonderful teachers, beautiful location & excellent yoga! Sunny is an extremely passionate and demanding teacher who is constantly trying to help you be your best yogi <3
