Upon arrival cool lemongrass towel and water to dampen the face and arms on a hot day..very professional, prices are good, extremely clean, the staff is welcoming, they do not try to oversell or to hussle you inside, respectful and kind, tea and relaxation at the end of massage session!! Great service, clean, and good privacy. We stayed for two weeks in Phuket and we went here probably 5 times. All your stuff stays with you under the bed, nothing to worry about. Only warning is the Thai stretching massage is not for the faint of heart, they really do a good job!
