I thoroughly enjoyed my dives. I’m an experienced diver so I’m quite discerning. I did guided dives with them over 3 days. Husband and wife team plus a couple of extra great instructors. Very friendly atmosphere and I was really looked after. They have their own boat about an hour’s drive down the coast at Rayong (they take you of course!). Dived an excellent WW2 wreck and some nice reefs. Did one day locally and dived HTMS Kut (a tank transporter boat sunk for diving). we even surfaced at the ladder at the back of the dive boat a couple of times thanks to Andy’s navigation skills and local knowledge!
Really helpful, capable and competent staff who know all of the dive sites really well. I did 2 days of three dives, with a one ship wreck dive each day. The dive sites were really varied and had lots to see, the wrecks were also very different from one another and really exciting dive sites. The vibe on the boat was really nice and you’re well cared for with food and refreshments etc. Would love to go again!

While on a trip to Pattaya my buddy and I explored the available local dive shops for a day of scuba diving. Three days later, we had not only playfully dived a wreck and drifted along an island coral reef, but completed an entirely new course: Wreck Diver!The first day’s exposure to the HTMS Kut was so rewarding that when we returned to the Pattaya Scuba Adventures dive shop we enquired about more wreck diving. General manager and master instructor Andy Jennings caught wind of our enthusiasm and further described the available local wrecks and a PADI specialty course of Wreck Diver. And given the uncertainty of our schedule, he managed to propose a wreck diving syllabus we could achieve while exploring more shipwrecks. Beginning the next day!The dive shop picked me up and dropped me off at my hotel. The company’s boat, the Spirit of Gaia, sailed us to our dive sites under some great sea conditions and perfect Gulf of Thailand weather. Which made for further super wreck diving training.Dive Instructor Andy was an absolutely amazing instructor, making light of the diving but simultaneously being grade-A professional PADI teacher. In between the briefings and debriefings of each dive, we trained and explored a top-Thai wreck called the Hardeep (Suddhadib), a WWll steamship that was sunk by an American bomber flown by British/Australian pilot crews. Here, we practiced the wreck diver skills with the proper tools (all provided by the dive shop) all while sharing the historical hull with the local schools of fish, stone fish, colorful nudibrachs, eels, puffer fish, angel fish, well, you get the idea. Every moment of the four training dives were SPECTACULAR moments!Opportunity came knocking on the door, and opportunity taken. Thanks to Andy and Scuba Adventures. Good stuff in Pattaya!Coming across the Pattaya Scuba Adventures was serendipitous. And fortunate. But it doesn’t have to be for other readers taking this in looking for a Pattaya dive shop. This plac is a sure thing. Pattaya Scuba Adventures is the one-shop-stop for Pattaya Diving!!!

I finally got to dive again after 2 1/2 months of Covid virus curfew. And what a come back it was…I dived for 2 days with the Scuba Dive Adventures, and could not be happier. Great boat crew, excellent service, delicious lunch. We went off the beaten track (great decision as I had dived some of the sites several times before) following Andy’s advice (the shop owner) and were rewarded by encounters with turtles, sea horses, bamboo shark, sea moth, nudi branchs, blue spotted rays, etc. If ever in Pattaya, give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.Many thanks to all the crew, I’ll be diving again with you soon.Best,Andrew
This is a snorkel/scuba review but bear with me for a moment…what about the lunch and brownies served on the boat? Opor (Dive Master Andy’s wife) is not only a Dive Master but an excellent cook. Common, we never been on a diving trip with Isaan lunch and chocolate brownies that are worth reviewing. So, here we go! 5 stars also for them (please share the brownie recipe!). As per the dive trip, Dive Master Andy has safety at heart of every trip and every diver/snorkler. Equipment is new and well maintained, safety briefs are comprehensive before each dive and he share his deep knowledge of the dive sites in the region and Thailand with his customers. You will feel safe and welcome as soon as you walk into the shop. Andy can keep everyone spirits up sharing his decades of diving experience around the world. If in Pattaya, don’t look any further, go straight to Pattaya Scuba Adventures and you won’t regret your choice. Thank you guys for your amazing hospitality.
Went with a large group(Adults, teens, and young children) all had an amazing time, my wife, my sister and I all did the Try Dive and it was an amazing experience. Andy and Sky were amazing hosts and leaders. Took care of all the divers and snorklers, very fun and relaxed environment but felt all safety and professional concerns were taken care of. The food the Andys wife made was also amazing! Chicken curry, vegetables, and rice! Can’t recommend them enough! Make sure to ask for Andy to have the best time!
I had an amazing day diving in Pattaya area. To begin, I had my first wreck dive which was exciting and followed by a 2nd dive where I could spot 3 turtles among many other interesting things.Everything was well organized, on time, equipment in good condition. Nathan and his wife were very kind and made the day trip even more fun.
Enjoyed my scuba dive with Fern today! We saw a large variety of sea creatures including a big turtle, school of fish, clown fish, starry puffy fishes etc. Was professionally run, would highly recommend.
