Our two golf outings to Red Mountain Golf Club in Phuket, Thailand were organized by Phuket Golf Leisure. The service we received from PGL was fantastic: door to-door service from our hotel to the course and personalized service at the course from Mr. John Rupcich, the Director of PGL, himself! The staff of Red Mountain are professional and friendly, including the teams at the food & beverage kiosks that are available throughout the course, and our caddies were outstanding. And needless to say, playing Red Mountain was an amazing experience. It is a gorgeous course and features a number of unique and challenging holes, especially “Signature 17” at the top of the mountain! If you are looking for a golf outing in Thailand then I highly recommend Phuket Golf Leisure. It’s an unforgettable experience!
The team was amazing, we had to change time a few bookings and given an appropriate notice it went seamless. We played two rounds at two different clubs and a lovely driver picked us up on time and dropped back off. Also noticed prices were better if you book via Phuket Golf Leisure – one of the clubs would charge you only 100 baht less for pure round with no pick up/drop off and lunch. Highly recommended and looking forward to playing in Phuket again

Thank You for all the arrangements for Phuket Golf Leisure. We played seven days and Red Mountain became our favorite golf course, it was amazing place in all scale.Phuket Golf Leisure booked all the tee times to us. We wanted to play in the morning and tee times were perfectly booked. During our trip we made some changes, and that worked well also. All the transportations from hotel to Club and back were really good and in time. Special thanks to Alissa and John, You made our trip memorable!
Engaged Golftripz recently with 2 separate booking, everything was ok until payment, after payment made, the reply seem slower.fast forward to our trip, 2 veh (by Golf Leisure) came to picked us up from the airport to our first course, PGL doesnt even bother to reply message (when i told Toi, we have touched down, and there is an issue with our baggage at arrival , exit arrival, no driver with our name can be found), which i have to contact SG side then PGL replied…when we arrived at the first course we have to off load everything… yes!! including our luggage, not just our golf bag.. reason : driver got other job…then we have to arrange our own time with driver which is useless, it isnt the same driver who is picking us up… so whats the point of arranging?then when we arrived the hotel, we have to off load everything again… this goes on for the entire trip… we see diff driver everyday~~whats more shocking was, we were only given 1 veh from 2nd day onwards… but it was 2 seperate booking with GolfTripz even tho we mentioned 8 of us will be playing/staying together…i find the counter part agent, lack of communication… didn contact us for our next day pick up… we need to be the one asking them…i do not agree with customer is king, but we paid for a service , having a hasslefree experience is all that matters, this is rather unacceptable….comparing with other agents, we do not have to load and off load our item at all… hope the service can be improved…

Alissa and her team made our golf trips to several of the wonderful courses an enjoyable and perfect outings with flawlesss execution. The driver who picked and dropped was so personal and helpful and Alissa was able to accommodate with ease our change of plans within 24 hr windows.
