Difficult to find in a side street off beach road, It is worth persevering to find this gem of a bar. The Lava Lounge has a relaxed vibe and a good cocktail menu. I loved the dirty ashtray but beware for only 99 Baht it has 5 shots. Check it out for a great evening or just to chill before or after dinner.
This was an awesome little place for a drink before supper. The place was clean and the service fast. The owner John was there and come up for a little chat, he has some world experiences and will tell you about them!! Definitely will go back..

A lovely bar to relax with a beer or cocktail or two, Run by a lovely lady Gui with Jennie and Omm, we spent most evening’s starting and finishing here as our hotel was nearby , if you visit you will certainly know you’re in the Land of smiles. Thanks F&P

What an amazing owner! El was so fun and makes a mean cocktail. Such a lovely lady.She even let us put our own music on! She has a lazy little cat called Lucy too who is very cute. Prices were great and all cocktails are very cheap! Especially before 9pm! Can’t wait to return asap!
We spent a whole night there and to be honest, it was the best. We had so much fun! We talked a lot to the Barlady Jenny. She’s an angel, super interesting and funny. It’s our favorite bar on the island. The cocktails are super good. I loved the Mai Tai und the dirty ashtray. Also the music was really nice. Thanks to your recommendations, we found the bar. Please go there. Such a happy place.
