We booked our massage with Relaxy at Best Western Premier Bangtao Beach Resort more than a month in advance, which was probably too early by normal standards. They lost our reservation and had no more slots when we arrived. After a few calls, the manager secured slots for us at 6pm (which was off peak).The masseur was expert. Although I did not tell her which muscles ached, she knew and worked hard to release tension in those areas.However, the team had to work harder at housekeeping. There was a dead cockroach beneath the bed. Staring at it is not relaxing at all.
Central location, very clean and friendly. Most importantly: I got one of the absolute best massages ever! My therapist really knew what she was doing. I asked her to work on some problematic areas and she tailored the massage to my requests and it was obvious she clearly felt where those spots were and didn’t just do the “regular program”. I highly recommend and would love to go back myself.

Wonderful massage. I had a Traditional Thai massage and a foot massage every night in my last week here.The atmosphere is relaxing and cool. Everyone is friendly and the masseurs know their stuff. Highly recommend
Went to this business in surin beach because of good reviews. The people were nice but my husband and I had a room and the two staff talked a lot and left the room a couple of times and were laughing outside so felt not concentrating on massage. Disappointing massage after going to ashara massage day before and costing 50 baht more each massage. Will be going back to ashara

I come to this place every year since 2021. And I would like to recommend Relaxy because of high professional specialists. Very nice and peaceful atmosphere. My favourite specialist is Polli, he is very good manual therapist.
