Purchased 7 tailored linen shirts from here.Got home to Australia and gentle cold washed the linen shirts as the new fabric was itchy. Every shirt except for 1 shrunk considerably!I contacted the owner who advised ‘hand wash only’. I replied that i was not told this! The owner then tried to tell me that the sleeve looks better despite the fact it had risen 2 inches up my forearm. I could not believe their response after paying for a ‘tailored’ shirt.I asked him what about the waistline rising 2 inches and the fact it is now tight to fit into.His response was that it is too late as i’ve washed the garments.I told him that is not acceptable and have made multiple attempts to resolve this, asking him to refund or replace but he is completely ignoring me.These guys look like a professional organisation and they are, up until you pay them. Once they take your money, they reveal their true colours.The have sold me very poor quality garments and completely ignored me while i try to resolve this issue with them.Be very careful!
